Just picked up an Italian hoagie, clearly made by someone who could not care less. Wife ordered it. They didn't ask if she wanted oil, mayo, etc. Absolute waste of money. Never again.

I had an “Italian” hoagie that was so bad I’ve never seen anything like it. Only thing half decent was the bread. Had some salami, cooked ham or some junk like that, and, bolonie, and ham capicolla, not butt! It was seriously not edible if you’ve ever had a half decent Italian hoagie. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was really bad.

I cant recommend this place due to multiple mistakes with my order!! Bad customer experience and brought the wrong food. I will NEVER be ordering again.
Ordered via the phone and asked if we could take advantage of the new menu, $10 off dine in coupon. The young lady who answered the phone place me on hold and then returned stating she would honor the coupon after asking someone at the restaurant. The restaurant was aware it was a delivery order.
The Pizza and Alfredo were okay. We had ordered Chicken Scampi and received breaded chicken which tasted like Chicken Franchese in a lemon like sauce. There were no mushrooms or peppers. Chicken was also breaded.
We also ordered a Grilled Greek Chicken Salad and it arrived like a Garden salad with a few pieces of unflavored chicken.
< 15 minutes later the driver returned demanding $10.00 because he said we will not be honoring that coupon per the owner. The driver was very aggitated.
i just tried to order food from here and the cashier told me that her “ BOSS “ told her not to take my order anymore because they claiming which isn’t true that i don’t answer my phone when in fact NONE of the drivers NEVER EVER calls me they just bangs on the door they never call to say they outside . on top of that im a value customer i place numerous orders and tip the drivers 20 and up for tips . so when i ask to speak to her boss she then said the boss doesn’t come in untill tuesday and i said well there isn’t no supervisor there now because i don’t understand the issues at hand and i never get calls from there drivers . but they customer service is very rude and ignorant and i should of been stopped spending my money here a long time ago . but i always try to see the good in people but never again . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
