I had high hopes for Megumi Hibachi Grill at the King of Prussia Mall, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The most concerning part of my meal was the rice — it was dry and hard, almost as if it was undercooked or reheated from frozen. It lacked the fluffy texture you expect from freshly cooked hibachi rice.
The sweet plantain was another letdown. It had an artificial sweetness that made it clear there was added sweetener, and it didn’t taste like fresh-cut plantain at all. Instead, it reminded me of frozen sweet plantains loaded with preservatives, which completely ruined the taste.
After these two major disappointments, I felt uneasy about the rest of my meal, especially the meat. It left me wondering about the overall quality and freshness of the ingredients used. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the meal, and it’s unlikely that I’ll be returning.
I usually take the same thing, beef teriyaki with vegetables and noodles. I am never disappointed. Maybe prices should be a bit lower, as the quality is not the “highest” (btw. amount of sugar in the sauce is just crazy!). Other than that, it’s an OK place to eat.

I just buy a 24 dollar worth of food that I had to throw away because me and my kids keep seeing piece of hair in our and I’m also 8month pregnant. I called the phone number isn’t even work. Please pay attention when your eating from there
I got food off the too good to go app, an I received such a big platter for les than 6.00. I was so surprised and at the variety of food I received. I got two platters and both were different , hot and full platters. Absolutely will do this again!
