I recently visited this place and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service.
A girl with glasses attended me, and she was incredibly kind from the very beginning. She welcomed me with a warm smile, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to explain the entire menu in detail. She also offered me cookies, baklava, and drinks, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, the combination of great food and outstanding customer service made this visit unforgettable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

The food was fresh, and the serving was generous. On point for the price, much better than the other food restaurants in the food court. They are right in the middle of the food court, with plenty of seating areas. Sophia, the chief leader, was genuinely welcoming and friendly. Laura at the cash register was very helpful. In general, the full staff provided good service and was knowledgeable.

If you want a Mediterranean experience all around, come to Mezeh. You have spices of the Middle East. The vegetables of the North Africa and the olives and feta cheese of Greece, Italy, Sicily and the islands of the sea. Its worth trying and you get a pita pocket with your meal. How cool is that?

We ordered a chicken bowl and did not request double chicken, but at checkout we were told we did. When we clarified, staff insisted and said they could remake it—however, there was a long line and we didn’t want to wait again, so we paid the extra charge.
Later, when I asked for forks (none were available in the self-serve area), the staff member handed them to me while touching the actual utensils. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional. There needs to be clearer order confirmation, better accountability for upcharges like “double chicken,” and improved staff training.
