First time trying this place and will probably be the last. Everything looks great until you taste the food. The tabbouleh was sour and the Turkish salad didn’t taste very fresh. The biggest issue was the service. It was almost like we were annoying the gent behind the counter. Every scoop seemed to be a chore. The bowls weren’t full. Maybe close to half. I have been in the hospitality industry for 26 years and I suggest maybe retraining your staff in customer service.

The staff wasn't friendly. We got the burnt or edges of the chicken in a very small portion( almost half a cup). We ordered the food and sat down and went back to get the sauce on the side and the lady told me that next time she will charge extra. So if you forgot to get the sauce while still standing there they will charge you. All of this, took away from the good quality of the food.

Don't order bowls, maybe the wraps would be better but the bowls were really bad and cold. I ordered 3 different bowl out of the offered 5 for my family for 50$, I have to throw it away because it is really bad.

This is not the first time I wat at Mezeh in the past years. I ordered a salad bowl with lamb and grains, as always, everything tastes extremely fresh, well cooked with details, nothing tastes artificial or oily even their fountain juices taste very fresh. For such a price, it’s so worth it to have such a healthy meal :)

Tasted good, but ordered steak for 2/3 items and put chicken on everything. Also forgot Croutons for everything.
Whenever we are at kop mall,mezeh is our first choice to eat.Being vegetarian i enjoy there food,lots of veggies with falafel.Today for me the bowl was too dry to eat.We end up throwing half bowl.I am not sure if i can go back and ask for extra sauce.

I’ve always placed my orders online for pick-up for a specific time and every single time it’s either they’re late with my order or the customer service sucks! All the ladies there has an attitude no for reasons except for a younger gentleman. Today I placed an online order, went to pick it up… I see that there’s a line for people who’s ordering in person so I waited patiently at the kiosk. The one lady that was serving did not knowledge me not even once— even after I asked her “excused me can I get my order?” because I see that it was done and ready!! She walked away from me!! So I grabbed it myself. I work at the mall too & God forbid a girl is on a time crunch. Mezeh’s owner needs to retrain their workers. This is McDonald’s in a Walmart customer service.
