Whenever we are at kop mall,mezeh is our first choice to eat.Being vegetarian i enjoy there food,lots of veggies with falafel.Today for me the bowl was too dry to eat.We end up throwing half bowl.I am not sure if i can go back and ask for extra sauce.

I’ve always placed my orders online for pick-up for a specific time and every single time it’s either they’re late with my order or the customer service sucks! All the ladies there has an attitude no for reasons except for a younger gentleman. Today I placed an online order, went to pick it up… I see that there’s a line for people who’s ordering in person so I waited patiently at the kiosk. The one lady that was serving did not knowledge me not even once— even after I asked her “excused me can I get my order?” because I see that it was done and ready!! She walked away from me!! So I grabbed it myself. I work at the mall too & God forbid a girl is on a time crunch. Mezeh’s owner needs to retrain their workers. This is McDonald’s in a Walmart customer service.

Even if they have some good choices, the girl who is in service has a very bad attitude to the point that you feel food tastes UGLY!!!!! I regret eating the food and not throwing it back in her face!!
For the food itself, I understand that she gives you few of everything (if you ask to) but she has ZERO social and service intelligence, in case I explained that I am taking only about 4 choices in the bowl and ask her to add same kind of salad for example, I still get the spoon scoop, I had to take the bowl almost empty!!!! Seriously!!!!??? What is your limit guys for this stupid bowl!!!???? This needs to be clear.
Overall, this was not my first time there and everytime same note, this is my LAST TIME EATING FROM SUCH IMPOLITE STAFF!!!!

Good food, good portion size and they let you have so many toppings for the bowl. Not just the meat options, falafel is great too. Would definitely recommend it.

Very nice, all the food was very delicious, the women who served us are very friendly and very helpful. They gave us excellent service!!! We will return every time.
There's no accurate location information online. Even the call center sent me to the wrong location within the mall. So after wasting 40 mins walking around the mall, I gave up and was denied a refund over the phone and through email. 😂 They said it's ready whenever I'm ready to pick it up. I was so looking forward to trying their food but received the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I guess I have to dispute it with my CC company since I don't live close. This place is absolutely ridiculous. No food no refund. 😂😂😂 I'm shocked.

I’ve been coming here most days for lunch and getting a junior bowl for $7. It’s the perfect amount of food for lunch and the ingredients are top quality. It would be hard to find a deal like that elsewhere and everything is always delicious. The employees have all been really nice to me as well

The food at Mezeh is decent, but the service is terrible. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and seemed annoyed by simple requests. It made the whole experience unpleasant. In a mall known for great customer service, this was a big letdown.
