Visited the kiosk location by Netflix House. The cashier was nice and professional. They made our drinks quickly with the accommodations we asked for (60% sugar, less ice). Drink was ok, still a bit too sweet.

I’m a regular at this spot! My husband and I always try their drinks whenever we visit the KOP mall. They’re pretty good, and the flavors are delicious. On weekends, there’s a line, but on weekdays, it’s less crowded, and it’s easy to grab one.
My favorite so far is the lychee sunrise. It’s so tasty, and the drink is also visually appealing. People often ask me what it is when I walk around the mall with it. The drinks here are delicious, and you definitely have to try them!

Mr. Wish kiosk as you enter the mall near Neiman Marcus and house of Netflix. I asked for half sugar in my black tiger milk tea, and the employee said that they could not do half sugar or modify the drink at all. I said OK is it pre-mixed? She said “no we scoop the brown sugar in.” I said “OK then can you just scoop half the amount?” she said “no it’s against Company policy and I’ll get in trouble”. She said it was company policy, but that’s not true because the other locations that I go to will accommodate the request. Don’t waste your time. The drink is too sweet, I wasted my money.

The tea is good, the lady making the bubbles teas seems nice, but the other girl placing the order doesn’t care at all, bad actitud, bad presentation, not nice at all. our order was wrong and when we asked her she didn’t care, and ignored us, if she was nice we could’ve taken the wrong tea that’s fine but just because she had cero empathy, ignored us, didn’t even apologize for the mistake, she had to change it! You should change her
