Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings - King of Prussia

My daughter and I ate here tonight. The soup dumplings were so good but I’m not sure that make-up for the train wreck service we had. It was not busy at all so there was really no excuse. The tables around us were getting wrong food delivered. That’s should have been our first clue, they even tried to give us someone else’s appetizer. We had each ordered our own soup dumplings and only one was delivered. My daughter was basically done with hers before mine came ( which was delivered to a wrong table before being given to me). No apologies. We wanted to order desert but the waitress just set the electronic bill pay at the table and walked away. I would love to come back for more soup dumplings but my experience really makes me hesitant.

I used to live in Flushing Queens, one block away from their NYC location, I can't tell you how excited to see this place here, I hope it's as good as the other location, the menu looks identical.

Was there yesterday, food as good as always, but very loud.

Not just the customers, which the restaurant cannot control, it was the staff.

When they bus the tables they throw everything into the the bin as loudly as possible, it was like grenades going off, I flinched every time the plates crashed together and the flatware crashed to the floor. I've bussed tables, I know it can be done efficiently without disturbing diners, its bussing tables 101.

Also the robot runners blast musak as they move between tables, presumably to alert customers its coming to avoid collisions but my god it was deafening when it drove by, we had to halt our conversation until it passed.

I'll come back to dine but I'm bringing earplugs. 🤨

Very very good place to have Asian and vegan food. Service was very quick and super warm. Staff is very welcoming. This place is just outside the mall.

My third time here & everything is delicious! Love the soup dumplings, pork buns, mango lychee green tea! The service was so wuck and our server Jenny was great. We will be back!

Nice food and good environment

Great soup dumplings (I usually don't love them but they are really good there). Excellent and friendly service. Nice atmosphere. A little pricier that other dim sums. Say hi to the robotic kitty for me!

Really cute place! The food came out super fast and service was very accommodating. Everything we tried was delicious. I was glad they had non pork options for those who don’t eat it. Would return.

Went here on a whim. Best whim ever!! The food is exceptional. The service is fantastic. Including the robots. That was so cool. Everything we had was large portions. Enough to share with table. The truffle and green dumplings are my favs.

This place never disappoints 😍 today was my first time trying their cocktails and they were fire!! They were delicious I think the best cocktails Ive ever had at a restaurant tbh. Every time I come in I try something new and end up loving it!!❤
