I usually use the drive-thru but have also gone into order a few times. Overall, a positive experience. The chicken here is absolutely delicious and the breading is very fresh and crunchy. It's good to know that the inside eating space is on the small side, so not appropriate for large parties. It's also located in a large square with a Target, a pet store, and there's also an Electrify America charger.

It was ok. The chicken is pretty good but the line at the drive thru at this locations is horrible. They do not have a big enough drive thru for the amount of people that visit .. it often flows out into the highway and traffic.

So this is the Popeyes within the food court of KOP mall. What’s weird is that: They told you only one free refill of the soda. I wonder if the Popeyes headquarter is aware of this practice. I doubt it’s the rule of Popeyes. Since when soda has only one free refill?!
