Ate lunch here when we were walking the mall. The food was solid for mall food court food, I had the angus beef hibachi, the beef was tasty, the fried rice was solid but nothing crazy special. The veggies were crunchy and seemed fresh as well. My wife had the unagi don which she enjoyed, we don’t have a ton of eel available back home so it was a nice surprise. Overall solid food offering, quick service, and clean.

The tea is pretty good. Super sweet

I paid the tip but received no service at all. Why they ask for a tip if they do not want to provide any service?
The food taste ok though.

Dined there yesterday afternoon. I ordered the signature ramen, they literally served me SLOP! They also didn't give me a FULL SERVING! It's usually 2 shrimp, 2 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of pork.Yesterday, my ramen only had ONE shrimp, ONE piece of pork and ONE piece of chicken, NO corn, sprouts, wood, scallions. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would have demanded a refund. I'll never go there again!

It's just a counter place at the mall at food Court. The ramen is okay. Good service is very slow. We were able to order very quickly but it took forever for us to get just three bowls

I ordered two drinks and the guy threw the straws at me. Very rude

Food was not good for the price. Looked like something you would get at a highschool cafeteria when they did Japanese day. The vegetables where almost all onion and soup might have been the worst I ever had. Rice was a decent portion and guy at the register was nice but didn't seem to understand any of the questions I had. With all the competition in the food court I was expecting way better.

Service was quick; however the $16.50 "Miso Salmon Don" was disappointing in appearance.

The place looks cool and popular, but don’t be fooled. Especially not by the recommendation of a cosplaying angel all decked in white, ahead of you in line. Not one that says something along the lines of “the mango yogurt drink is to die for”. I am paraphrasing (I hope…)

Honestly, I am not sure which show the angel costume came from. But the drink recommendation came from somewhere far more nefarious than heaven. The fact that I am writing this, waiting for the bedding laundry to finish at three in the morning tipped me off…

We received the yogurt and it was as delicious as promised. Basically a tasty mango lassi. By nighttime, we have all been working through food poisoning of varying severity. Our little girl, wise beyond her years, only took a tiny sip. Yet, it was enough for the poison to take hold of even her. I will spare you the details, but analogies to The Exorcist have been made.

I am curious whether this was a one-off act of dietary malfeasance, or is this place straight up unsafe. There were some strange things happening that I brushed off at the time. It was all very tasty after all. But I am not curious enough to try again.

Too long? Did not read?
Do not try the mango yogurt either.

Classic Brown Sugar Milk Tea is decent. The honey citrus tea on the other hand is disgusting, do not get it. It tastes like straight perfume water aka tastes like a very strong concentrate, making it undrinkable . I asked nicely if there was any way we could get a replacement drink or a refund in which the lady said she could add more tea to the drink…which made it worst. Service isn’t much better either, the lady at the counter was not very helpful.

The beef bulgogi bowls had very fatty cuts of beef. My brown sugar boba didn't taste sweet enough. Next time I'll get the ramen. This meal of two bulgogi bowls and two boba cost almost $50. My bulgogi that I make with Aldi shaved beef and bulgogi sauce tastes better and healthier.

I ordered the vegetable ramen, and it was the worst ramen I’ve ever tried. It looked like microwaved noodles with some soup and vegetables thrown on top. The broth lacked any authentic Japanese flavor, and the noodles were clumped together so badly that it was impossible to separate them with chopsticks. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

So far this is the worst ramen I have so far. The broth is tasteless, bland, and boring. The other toppings were very little compare to a normal ramen bowl.

You can’t expect much for a ramen place in a food court, but maybe you should. The quality should have been at least acceptable but this is not.

Other something else may have better luck. But please do NOT order the ramen here.

$17 for basically a bowl of white rice. Breaded chicken was like jerky, skimpy on the sauce. Won’t ever spend my money here again.
