Shake Shack KOP - Food Court

I visited this location at 11:38 AM on 5/23/24, and unfortunately, my experience with the younger dark-skinned woman at the counter was disappointing. She greeted me with a dismissive “yes,” as if I was bothering her just by approaching to get my meal. Before I could even say a word, she walked away with an attitude and motioned for the young man with braids to assist me instead. Thankfully, he stepped in and provided excellent customer service. Given that the store had only been open for about an hour and a half, I’m not sure what caused such unprofessional behavior on her part, but it left a negative impression.

Nas was great, super friendly and well spoken

The lady with pink lipstick that makes fun of people because we can’t hear when they call our names out made this experience bad. Don’t act like you are smart and just because we couldn’t hear the names make fun of us and tell each other we are ridiculous and when we call you out for talking shit roll your eyes like you don’t know what we are talking about. You are not smarter than us sweetheart.

Horrible Service!! I ordered through the kiosk machine to dine in & took a table number as instructed. Instead of bringing it, they just yell your name. I walked over & asked what was the purpose of the table number. She didn't answer & just walked away. I won't spend any of my money with them again.

We ate here for dinner after our Bluey Camp experience. The food was very good! Check online first as I was able to find a coupon for a free burger! Didn't take long to get our food and it was hot & tasty!

oh. my. gosh. Shake shack was the best experience in this whole mall. the workers were so nice especially my girl gia and her huzz ron. best people ever very much recommend this for anyone at the mall, there’s amazing service. As you can see, we done ate up that meal cause it was just too good. i WILL be back ✌️ -kennedy

The portion sizes are very small and the vegetarian burgers take a long time to prepare

So what’s the point to have numbers for the table.. if they don’t bring it to the table.. they shout your name loud as …..why email just answer the question here on the review..

For as expensive as this place is you would expect this place to taste better and be better and technically it isn't
I knew a slew of ppl who caught stomach bugs and diarrhea behind the food.
Personally it aint my favorite

Worst service of any place I've ever been to in my entire life. Long line just to order at a kiosk that is easily three times slower than if somebody was working at the counter. Then another long wait for your food. All the while your food is sitting behind the counter getting cold. I would not ever eat here again. They have no regard for their customers.

Food was cooked too fast - burger was raw! I kept digging into the burger the worst it got.

This is what you get for 17 bucks.. think everything is clear from the picture

1. Computer didn’t capture the fact that they were out of most of the milkshakes and then they mocked the customers when they realized they could not get them. Why?
2. Burger was COLD hard cheese. That’s never happened in 6 years.
3. Rest of food fine.
4. Never this location again only the one on road down street.
5. Unprofessional and subpar burger makes this a BIG thumbs down.

Suggestions
Make signs to show what you’re out of
Don’t serve cold food
Employees if ya don’t wanna work there then find another gig.

Tried to buy something here and after attempting to pay-it appeared to be cashless but that wasn't totally clear, I walked away because the employees were aggressively disinterested in helping me. Maybe having an actual cashier is still worth it? Had similar issues in the past with service at this location but I could at least pay and eventually get something, not worth it now between the service and the cashless/cashier-less move.

Super busy and chaotic. Never gets the ordered right.
