Shake Shack KOP - Food Court

Super busy and chaotic. Never gets the ordered right.

Every time I do an order pick up there is always someone with a smile ready to give me my order :) very very fast with the food too

We had a great experience at Shake Shack in KOP. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and special shout out to STONE who made our experience truly excellent with his service. Thank you!!

Standard Shake Shack store! Being a vegetarian, we got one shroom burger (all time favorite) and double veggie burger with side of shack sauce and crinkled fries. Wait time of 10 mins for a Saturday was not bad. Overall, a good burger option.

This is the worst shake shack in the country . Food is terrible ewwwww . Bread soggy meat old . Don’t ever eat here

the food is delicious! I got 4 shack burgers, 2 cheese fries, and a 5 milkshakes. The food was ready less than 10 minutes after ordering! It was freshly made, quick, and delicious. The workers were quick, no time to chit chat but still nice. The atmosphere was nice. Open concept, a view of the stores around, and a little water fountain nearby. It was quite pricey though, $90.

Small portions. Very expensive

Completely unsanitary location. As I was dining a mouse scurried around the dining floor and burrowed itself under a table. After alerting someone who works there he replied “the mall is infested” and ignored the unsanitary condition of a mouse on the dining floor itself surrounded by diners. While the mall may be infested, it’s within the stores control to maintain a clean and sanitary dining floor and kitchen. Shake Shack has always been a go to for me, especially when traveling but this experience has soured me on the business.

My first visit to a shake shack. The automated ordering and speed of service was excellent! Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the smokey classic burger and overall amount of food for the money.

The burger was somewhat small, especially for the price, the taste was just average. The fries looked like standard frozen crinkle cut fries...but getting the BBQ & cheese did help. Again, a very small amount, but the taste was pretty good.

Overall, I can't see myself going back, just too expensive for an average product. I'd pick Five Guys over Shake Shack every time.

This shack had me shook? Ordered the chocolate shake cause I like what I like and I buy what I like? Unfortunately the atmosphere was kinda cringe?… I wish this was located in the other food court as I am less prone to being accosted and scorned there… not sure why! P.S Make sure to come during June to try the pride shakes!

When it takes more than 40 min to get a burger from a food court place, nothing justifies. Avoid this place.

I usually love shake shack but this one was such a disappointment. The man at the register was staring at me and my family weirdly without making eye contact, and spoke very low, I asked for half a slice of cheese only if possible they said it was then gave me a full slice, then I paid two dollars extra for avocado just for it to be old and brown (shown in the photo), I also ordered a burger with mushroom and it was hard and inedible and then on top of that I asked for it to go and was given a tray and the receipt said eat in the only nice thing there was the one lady who bagged my food when I asked
