Just like any other shake shack, the food here is really good. The smash burgers are excellent. The prices are a bit on the high end for burgers but you get what you pay for. My only problem with this location is that there's often a long wait and no real organization to how to get in line. The staff doesn't seem to help either.
I visited this location at 11:38 AM on 5/23/24, and unfortunately, my experience with the younger dark-skinned woman at the counter was disappointing. She greeted me with a dismissive “yes,” as if I was bothering her just by approaching to get my meal. Before I could even say a word, she walked away with an attitude and motioned for the young man with braids to assist me instead. Thankfully, he stepped in and provided excellent customer service. We ate here for dinner after our Bluey Camp experience. The food was very good! Check online first as I was able to find a coupon for a free burger! Didn't take long to get our food and it was hot & tasty!
