This place has decent food but is very poorly run. They have somewhat smokey flavored bagels, if that’s your thing. It is never open on time, and employees are frequently arguing, running in to start a shift (presumably late), and food takes a very, very long time. I live right next to it without many other options in the AM, so it’s very unfortunate but no one has time to guess if they will actually be open according to their posted hours and then be able to dedicate 30+...

I grew up in NJ and NY, so I'm very particular about my bagels. This is the first bagel place I've had in my 11 years of living here that's actually comparable to what I had in my childhood. It was perfectly toasted. The sausage, egg, and cheese was well balanced (though I'll get Xtra cheese next time just because I like it). The place itself is modern and vibrant, and the staff were super friendly. I'll definitely be coming back very soon.

Went here for the first time as finding a good bagel in this are isn’t easy. Let’s start this with food was good and I may give them a 2nd chance just because of that but they need better customer service or someone to manage the front of the house. When I went in there was no line but it still took almost 5 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order, I wasn’t even acknowledged .
