This review reflects not only my experience today—which was probably the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had—but also several previous visits to this location, none of which have been particularly positive.

If you’re planning to visit this Starbucks, be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Today there were only four cars ahead of me, yet it still took about 20 minutes to reach the window.

My order was very simple: one Venti Coconut Blue Refresher, one Venti Mango Strawberry Refresher made with water instead of lemonade, and two pup cups.

When I finally reached the window, I greeted the employee twice with, “Hello, how are you?” She looked directly at me but ignored me both times. Instead, she picked up her personal cell phone and answered it before acknowledging me.

When she finally spoke to me, she asked me to repeat my order. After I did, she had me scan my Starbucks account, handed me the two pup cups, and said they were still waiting on the rest of my order. From my window, I could clearly see the two refreshers sitting together right next to the pup cups, so I politely mentioned that I believed those drinks were mine.

She picked up one of the drinks and said, “I don’t think this is your order.”

I responded that they were exactly the two drinks I had ordered, in the correct sizes and prepared exactly as requested, and that they had been sitting right beside the pup cups she had just handed me.

Her response was, “You’re not the only person who orders these drinks.”

Normally, Starbucks labels drinks with the customer’s name, but no one took my name when my order was placed. While I understand that could create confusion, it seemed like common sense that the two drinks sitting together next to my pup cups belonged to the same order.

After reluctantly handing me the drinks, the employee then asked me to pay again. I politely reminded her that I had already scanned my Starbucks app and completed payment earlier in the transaction. This only added to the confusion and reinforced the impression that there was very little organization or attention to detail.

Overall, this visit was slow, disorganized, and lacking in basic customer service. Between the excessive wait time, being ignored while the employee answered a personal phone call, being questioned over a simple order, and then being asked to pay a second time, this location continues to provide a disappointing experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both efficiency and professionalism.

I’ve reviewed before but was motivated to leave another review. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve experienced. The gentleman who was at the register doesn’t say hi, doesn’t smile. He repeatedly asks what I said because he has a headset on. He got the order wrong. I had to catch the mistaken and to back to correct. Everyone had bad days, I understand that. But I’ve seen this guy here since I’m at this Starbucks from time to time. This is a terrible example of culture and teamwork.

- Ordered online, estimated time in 10 minutes;
- Arrived 15 minutes later, order still not started;
- Asking why delayed, replied with “we’re short on staff ”;
- Proceeded to chat with other staff for 5 more minutes of doing nothing;
- Then proceeded to finish up an order that was placed later than mine.
- Will never ever visit again.

Every time I stop they’re out of bacon Gouda sandwiches. Maybe have a chat with the ordering manager.

1st off the drink is NOT full except for the ice
I removed over a cup of extra ice as you can see there is still another cup in the latte. I know they often do this so I ask for a small side of oatmilk which this store is the only Starbucks that charges for a small side most stores have it available free of charge if you buy a drink. So last 3 times I’ve come here I’ve paid for a side of oatmilk which milk which is rung up as grande and am given 1in of oatmilk in their smallest paper cup (not a grande) this is flagrant robbery. You can’t take advantage of ppl anymore then this @ Starbucks I demand to be reimbursed for my oat milk purchases at the very least 3x 3.49 so around $10.50.. this is unacceptable

Was ignored while standing at counter to order. Ended up walking out-they were not even busy.

There are 2 specific employees who are constantly rude, and they will talk about you behind your back. I am unsure of their names specifically, but I know one begins with a K and the other a G. I have been at this location numerous times and heard them making inappropriate comments in regards to customers and complaining about how their customers are “white privileged”, “annoying”, or “racist.” I overheard the one woman whose name begins with G discussing my friend after she had ordered and left the location, stating that my friend “looks like she’d shoot up this location”. That is an extremely inappropriate way to talk about your customers. I have also heard K threaten her coworkers. I am also concerned with the fact that I have witnessed that G is constantly sick, yet comes in and coughs all over customer purchases. Her hair is always extremely greasy and desperately needs to be washed. I don’t want someone with greasy hair to serve my food or make my drinks. I have told both of them that I have dietary restrictions and they make sure they go out of their way not to honor these restrictions, hence making me sick to my stomach. I have decided it’s too much, and I will not come back to this location if I see either of these 2 are working. They are both completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Lines are always slow and they never have a good structure to the flow of people coming in to get drinks. On average I wait over 10 minutes to buy a drink.

It's ashame this Starbucks is so understaffed because the staff that is working there is very friendly. Unfortunately, given they never have enough people working, the wait times are always long. They only had 2 people there today and the drive thru was wrapped around the building and inside the line was 30 mins long.

Very bad service. It took more than 15 minutes to get a coffee and there were 6 people in line just playing. Very bad service. I do not recommend anyone to go there.
