Starbucks

This is the slowest Starbucks on planet earth. If you have somewhere to be, don’t stop here on the way.

This place is incredibly rude to DoorDash drivers to the point you’ll get ignored for 15 minutes especially by the dark haired employees with shaven sides of their head. At least half the time I come here DoorDash recommends me dropping the order and moving on to the next due to wait time. I just won’t accept orders from here anymore, so if anyone is wondering why their Starbucks order takes forever to get to you this is why.

I usually order on the drive through but today I decided to go in. What a mistake.

Charging for bags on large orders placed via mobile is ridiculous.

Terrible. They make awful drinks. Given them a few chances

Hi! As I said I’ve given them a few chances. I told the employees the drinks were not good and it was remade and remained the same. The only Starbucks I had this experience like this at. Maybe re-train staff? Thought it was a bad day, but it was multiple times as this was my local Starbucks.

This starbucks is trash. I walked into the cafe to order and was just standing there. No one looked up no one greeted me. There was no line. Very awkward and ignorant to just stand there and be ignored. I had to ask if someone could wait on me. I ended up leaving.

I went thru the drive-thru around 10 am to grab a coffee drink and bite to eat, which were great. There was a bit of a long wait which I expect because this location can get busy. The barista, Jordyn, was very friendly and smiling. She even apologized for the wait. My concern with this location is the appearance going thru the drive-thru, which is not normally a big deal except the fact the weeds in the lawn beds are sticking out so far that it’s rubbing up against the cars. I appreciate a Wild, natural look but these should be cut back to prevent scratching up cars.

It’s way too inconsistent. There is a strong group of 3 but the others working the window and messing orders up. Idk how if you order the same drink how it comes out different all the time.

The wait time at this Starbucks is outrageous. Whether you’re in store or at the drive thru, prepare to wait. My order is simple- a decaf latte- and I’ve waited 15-20 minutes in store despite being one of 3 customers waiting. At the drive thru, I’ve waited to place an order at the kiosk for 10 minutes, and witted at the takeout window for 5. I don’t know what they’re doing, but it’s not good.

Open early, really nice staff

Unless your in the drive-thru, be prepared to wait for your drink order, even if u placed a mobile order ahead of time. This might be my absolute least favorite location. You are almost better of using the location inside the target instead

I got to Starbucks and I was the only customer in line at apx. 915am Saturday morning 3.15.25. I placed my order and my latte came out in about 6 min but my warmed chocolate croissant took about 15 minutes and came at the exact same time as orders customers placed that came into the store way after me. The baristas were running around (literally) like they were super busy and they were not. The napkin holder was empty and the barista seemed annoyed as she literally ran to get me some napkins. I layer asked the same barista for a fork and she seemed annoyed by that as well. Both times she rudely told me to wait while she got the items .The barista at the register was friendly, but the other one was not and seemed annoyed by my request for napkins and subsequent request for a fork. The barista who was rude has pale strawberry dyed blonde hair. They were not understaffed as I counted 5 or 6 baristas on duty.

The don’t have normal Iced Coffee anymore. The new one sucks… “Clover vertica iced coffee”
