The wait time at this Starbucks is outrageous. Whether you’re in store or at the drive thru, prepare to wait. My order is simple- a decaf latte- and I’ve waited 15-20 minutes in store despite being one of 3 customers waiting. At the drive thru, I’ve waited to place an order at the kiosk for 10 minutes, and witted at the takeout window for 5. I don’t know what they’re doing, but it’s not good.
Open early, really nice staff
Unless your in the drive-thru, be prepared to wait for your drink order, even if u placed a mobile order ahead of time. This might be my absolute least favorite location. You are almost better of using the location inside the target instead

I got to Starbucks and I was the only customer in line at apx. 915am Saturday morning 3.15.25. I placed my order and my latte came out in about 6 min but my warmed chocolate croissant took about 15 minutes and came at the exact same time as orders customers placed that came into the store way after me. The baristas were running around (literally) like they were super busy and they were not. The napkin holder was empty and the barista seemed annoyed as she literally ran to get me some napkins. I layer asked the same barista for a fork and she seemed annoyed by that as well. Both times she rudely told me to wait while she got the items .The barista at the register was friendly, but the other one was not and seemed annoyed by my request for napkins and subsequent request for a fork. The barista who was rude has pale strawberry dyed blonde hair. They were not understaffed as I counted 5 or 6 baristas on duty.
The don’t have normal Iced Coffee anymore. The new one sucks… “Clover vertica iced coffee”
Wasn’t very appreciative of the attitude from the barista with the hat and side shave. Around 10:30 on 02/22 I ordered a drink from the iced tea menu through the app. Somewhere I apparently hit make it a blended drink when I did not want a blended drink. When my order was finalized I asked the barista about why it was blended. That’s when the attitude began for no reason. In my work experience in customer service, when a customer says “this item isn’t what I ordered” then we fix it. Not, get an attitude with the person which doesn’t remedy the situation and leads to these negative reviews. It wasn’t until after I sat down with fiancé and she asked if something was wrong did the barista say she could remake it. Already angered by her initial reaction and belittlement I let her know we’re good cause clearly she’s too busy.
Had a great experience there today. The staff were friendly, helpful and very patient and tolerant with some tween girls who were a little, uh, “challenging.”
They are always closed due to low staff. And they always put their hands on the top of the cups with no gloves
The worst customer service. They do not get your order correct and argue with you if you ask them to correct it.

It’s absolutely appalling that Starbucks isn’t open during posted hours. I was in Target and walked outside to this Starbucks location. As I approached I saw 7 cars drive around the building to place orders. They each stopped at the order kiosk and pulled away. STORE CLOSED!
It was a Saturday at 3pm!!! This is not what is expected from Starbucks.
I then went back to target and upstairs to their Starbucks. It’s not the same as the standalone store as these are target employees. Nonetheless they were out of the two things I tried to order. They were actually out of a lot more than that as I was shown the list of everything they didn’t have. I mentioned that Starbucks outside is closed and they said they closed every single day early because they have no help.
Shame on Starbucks for not paying them enough to keep people working there. It’s a disgrace.

This is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. Seems to consistently be understaffed, long lines, and long wait times. If you visit this Starbucks, be prepared to wait a decent amount of time for a simple order.
I arrived at 2:52 to a line of cars. I understand that they are closing at 3:00 recently, but I was under the impression that if I had been waiting for minutes prior, they would be able to serve me. I made it to the screen at 3:02 and asked if they were still able to serve me. Upon being told no, I explained that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes and was told "No you weren't dude. There was no line."

Inexplicably slow drive-thru. No matter the length of the line. I try and order one iced tea when I go and it takes 10+ minutes. Dozens of times I’ve stopped here because it’s on the way, and I’m always forced to wait. Hell I typed this whole thing just sitting in line.
