The food which these guys are serving is not even subway food something like cooking at home and the service is not even good and the lady that works in the subway has got attitude and very rude, they better change their attitude and serve some good food

Staff is extremely rude every time I go. All ingredients are always super low to the point that they go back several times to restock certain things (I get regular chicken and veggies like onions lettuce and peppers).
I try to be as friendly as possible in the face of scorn and resentment every time, even when I tip. Really hope new management comes in and revives this as it's a convenient spot but has been ruined in the past few years.

Just moved to KOP. This was my second time here. Never again. Rotting vegetables, especially the lettuce both times. Everything looks stale and days old. Strongly recommend staying away from this Subway location.

Very rude employee, had to ask her to change gloves after taking money from customer. Told me lettuce was no good and would get fresh. Had to ask for bag and she laid it on counter and ignored me. Most disrepectful place to go.

Store is very clean , nice ambience with lots of spaces and table chair was spaced well. Some of the veggies(spinach especially) did not looked fresh. Also the lady who made my sandwich was very bad (did not even asked what kind of cheese , meat, veggies etc), she assumed and picked the cheese and same goes for proteins and veg. Also the taste of the sub was not good and I would not come back again.

I order online but sadly the worker dint ready the order correctly. Sandwich 2as missing the pickles and also i noticed the bread was very thin so everything was coming out of my Sandwich. Also i noticed they dint put much of anything in the sandwich. For their prices they can put more vegetables and salad. Not happy...

I got the foot long Churro and was charged $3 instead of $2 like advertised by the chain. And I didn’t like it. My advice don’t buy it. It wasn’t that sweet. And tasted burned even though it wasn’t.
