My tea order I got 4 bags it didn’t deliver but when I emailed customer service about it they sent me over 4 of there desert cakes for the inconvenience 💕super nice people and the tea is good

I bought SumSum passionate fruit tea from your vendor in king of Prussia mall yesterday and I paid $75 plus tax for 3 bags. He sold the bags for $25 a piece but your site says $16 and also he told me the passion fruit was no added sugars but that’s not what the pack says. Why is there such a price difference and why did he tell me it was no added sugars when there is? I feel duped and I’m truly upset about this I didn’t read the back of the pack until I went home which is 2 hours away!!!!😡😡😡😡

some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable service from a gentleman who let my girlfriend and I try all their different flavors!!! they have a variety of delicious yet healthy treats made of nearly 100% sesame seeds with not much sugar added!! they also have some bomb.com Dubai chocolate, thats the real deal and not some knock off!!

I had their Baklava yesterday. Unfortunately I will not be returning as a customer. Their baklava was not just stale, it tasted to me like it was maybe days old! Super dry! Plus they make you buy in batches of 6,8 or 12. So i got stuck buying 6 baklavas and seriously regretted it. Giving 2 stars because they had good variety of baklavas, i just hope they can serve them fresh.

I admit the sales team are talented, but I asked NUMEROUS times what the prices were for the halva. The salesperson kept avoiding the answer, saying it was based on weight. I understand this, but she could have given me an idea before I was charged more than $150! Yes that is right, more than $150 for two halvas. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do, but everything was already wrapped so I gulped and paid the outrageous price. Honestly, I'm more mad about being misled than anything. Then they actually ask for a $20+ tip! I'm writing this so that other potential customers can beware before they are scammed like I was by these salespeople. I am sick to my stomach about the entire experience.
