Let me start by saying I love the food at The Halal Guys so much that I ate there pretty much 4/4 nights a week for a year straight after work before trimming it back. I've never done that with any other restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to leaving the restaurant the other night said he drove 40 minutes to come enjoy the food. All of the food is very fresh. They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". King of Prussia is always very busy. Please do not let "Bobby Bobby" deter you from going to The Halal guys. He clearly doesn't understand the restaurant business......no crime. Look at his bowl. It has chicken and rice ONLY. Evidently he thinks since he is afraid of eating veggies that the rest of his bowl should be filled with extra meat. Sorry Bobby Bobby; that is not how any restaurant works. This place gives a ton of food. I rarely finish my small bowl and have never ordered a large one.In this business you could have the best product and location but take away top notch customer service and a highly dedicated GM/owner and get ready for your "Grand Closing".Caesar has been the GM at KOP for years now and I've never seen him have a bad day. He always has a smile on his face and treats all of his customers with the utmost respect. His customer service is exceptional. This is extremely rare. How do I know this? 35 years in the restaurant industry. Hail Caesar!!

I have been to this place multiple times, I have placed order on chicken and rice and received half full plate, upon confronting the employee was told they have bills and rent to pay for this location that's way they don't fill the plate. That's not my Habibi, I visited lots of halal guy location in NYC where it started to NJ and PA but this practice had to go since we expect if we paying you $14-20 a plate the plate has to be full not empty and if you have rent and bills to pay please increase your prices to manage this issues. I felt this is pure theft charging a full price and giving us less then we deserve. Dear manage train your employees before you get bad rap like these little too often. I won't be returning to this location ever again.

Unfortunately, my last takeout order here ended with food poisoning. I'm talking about the sweats, the chills, the abnormal bowel movements; the whole 9-yards and still feeling it after the weekend. The reason I'm not giving them a 1-star is because I have not had an issue with them before and their staff (at least the nighttime ones) are typically very friendly. The portions are also quite large (although, I have gotten comparatively smaller portions with the daytime staff) and the taste is above average; the dry and bland chicken tends to hold it back.I'll go back to them again, but I'll be very weary next time and if this happens again, it'll also be my last time. If they're reading this, go over what you guys did over the weekend because something went very wrong.

This was just not good. I'm used to the food trucks so maybe my hopes were too high but I was really disappointed, especially considering what I paid. Was pretty hungry so I forced down a few bites but ultimately threw it away. Will not make this mistake again.

It’s alright but nowadays I think it’s way more expensive than it should be. Food and service was good

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Halal Guys in King of Prussia. The experience was truly delightful, as the food was not only delicious but also prepared with utmost freshness. The live cooking counter, where the skilled chefs grilled the chicken in front of the customers, added a unique and interactive touch to the dining experience. The friendly and welcoming attitude of the manager and staff further enhanced the overall atmosphere. Kudos to the team for creating a memorable dining experience, making this establishment a must-visit in King of Prussia.
