Although it was my first time there,buy staff and services are very good

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unhelpful and showed little interest in addressing our concerns.

The room was unclean, and we even found old food left in the refrigerator. Because of the poor condition of the room, we decided not to stay and checked out.

When we explained our reasons for leaving, the front desk did not document our concerns. We also requested a refund, but it was denied. To make matters worse, the front desk later denied that we had reported the room's condition, which was very frustrating.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. We left because we did not feel comfortable staying there, and I would strongly encourage others to consider other accommodations.

Nice casino. Close to 422 and KoP mall. Parking lot undesirable, both handicapped and non. Construction blocks off part of the downstairs and one whole entrance. Very limited food options during the week. Very disappointing since we came on a Thursday.

My room was prepared nicely and it was comfortable 😌

Enjoyed the machines. Needed a night to unwind and have fun!

I was playing blackjack and the dealer swiped 10 dollars from me tried to shrug it off until I demanded her put it back and a manger looked over next time I’ll drive another hour and just go to Philly I suggest you do the same

Room smelled like weed, door didnt properly shut amd had to be slammed to close amd throw my body into it to open it.

Worst casino I’ve ever been to accompanied by the worst staff and pit bosses. Was playing ultimate Texas Holdem and I had just won a hand and tipped the dealer a red chip. The pit boss comes to the table and asks hey what happened to the 5$ chip he set on the table. Me and the dealer looked at him with no idea what he was talking about. He said he picked up a chip and set it on the table without telling the dealer or myself. I said sorry I told the dealer to just drop it for them as a tip because I thought I was the chip I gave for the tip. Pit boss came over and was fuming and made me give 5$ to put in the rack for the house! I couldn’t believe it over 5$ I will never go back.

We love VF Casino. Everybody is cool, and they are all in house game's, they don't share jackpots with any other casinos. We do ok. It's a nice place to relax and win some $$$

The best part of this establishment is the location. 1) The rooms were clean when we arrived which was great. However, either the AC didn’t have a filter or its filter has never been changed. When it was on, I was congested, sneezing, and constantly coughing. When I’d turn it off, I slept like a log and had zero issues. But as soon as I’d put back on the AC because the room was getting too warm, the congestion, sneezing and coughing came right back. That was the case throughout the building. 2) There are few outlets in the room. The ones on the lamps couldn’t hold a charge. Even just plugging in the iron blew the fuse several times. 3) The tv wasn’t working when we arrived so we reported it. That was Saturday. The person at the front desk said that they would put in a claim to the engineer and get it fixed. The next day after no one showed up, I called down to the front desk and asked again if someone can come and fix the TV or if we can get the room changed. They said they’d send someone right up. No one came. Monday, the tv still wasn’t working and no one had ever come to check it out but it so happened that afternoon on the way into the building, we saw a couple young men who worked at the hotel and looked like they may have been the engineers so we asked them. They were indeed the engineers but they said they were never told of the tv not working and that our room number wasn’t on their list. They came right up to fix the issue but the issue was too grave so they helped expedite us getting our room changed. 4) we stayed for a week for a conference and didn’t expect the rooms to be cleaned daily but were told if we wanted it cleaned, to just call down before noon. We were also told that since we were staying for a full week that the rooms would be cleaned at least once during our stay. I called at about 7:45am to have my room cleaned that day, but no one came. When I came back to my room that night and noticed it wasn’t cleaned I went down to the front desk and was told my request that morning was never entered into their system.

This resort is terrible and charges for everything. I would never recommend coming here. The service is also terrible. The rooms are mediocre and not that clean. Additionally, the hotel needs constant maintenance and makes the fact that they are short staff the guests issue. It’s hard to believe that they have even been in business for 50 years. My family and organization were here for a meeting and there were multiple issues. The elevators did not work, there was hair in our food, and the employees were rude. We carried the feedback card around just to inform them of all the negative things that were occurring in the hotel. Not sure if they will be taken seriously, but I recommend staying at a better hotel in the area. Come here for the casino only (I did not indulge, but that seems to be what they are known for) I guess, but the food and rooms are overpriced for the quality you will receive. The best inn has better service and rooms this place.

I don't have high expectations for hotels. It's a room and bed to stay when you get back from your daily activities. I've stayed at this location for the last 3 years of a convention and each time it has been great. Last year we did have an issue where our shower wasn't working but the person at the front desk worked with us and upgraded the room so we could have a working shower.

If you're looking for a place to stay, this place accomplishes that perfectly.

The casino is fun the environment is great I've been here many times and I'm sure I'll be back in the near future. I didn't stay in any rooms was only there a few hours.

This is by far the worse hotel I have ever been to. 1 star is too much. This is more like a motel. Rooms are out dated. The quality of the hotel is poor. It is not worth the hotel price. It’s so many unexpected extra fees. Elevators are so small, rooms are small. Bathrooms are terrible. I will be staying here for a week , and I really want to leave now. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. It seems like the staff don’t know a lot of information. It’s like everyone is new.

So much smoking by the door, make a smoking section away from the door. Food is way overpriced and not good quality.
