Order wrong , cold expresó macchiato asked for sample only to be ignored as person was distracted by something else after acknowledging the request. The service did not match the atmosphere. Crepe was good thou .

I enjoy Venchi’s gelato in Italy and surprised and excited to find it in the States. For those who appreciate quality chocolates and gelato, check out this store in KOP Mall. Their gelato is made on-site. They are pricy, but worth every penny. I enjoyed the Tiramisu with Brutto & Buono.Jenn and her staff are very friendly and happy to offer gelato samples at their only location in PA. If you are visiting the Mall, make sure to stop in for the perfect dessert and to enjoy the aesthetics Venchi’s offers. The adornment of a full window of ice cream cones and a wall of chocolate bars are very attractive. It makes you feel like you have been transported to Italy.They also offer crepes and beverages (including Affogato).
