Lately it's been consistent, but in December-January there was this one employee beast woman yelling through the drive-thru speaker at customers. During this time there period was also a day when Wendys KOP card machine went down and they were cash only. God forbid you actually had cash that day for your order, the amount of frustration verbalized was hysterical. I'm so sorry to inconvenience you to do your job, sweetheart. Next!

Good afternoon Google Family. Mom and I were going to stop at Micky D's but since this was in the same shopping center as Giant, we decided to eat here. I shopped at this Giant today, I had never been to this location before. I had just paid my car note and this was so convenient. It was take out as we opted for the 10 piece chicken mcnuggets. They gave us honey mustard and barbecue sauce. The young lady who waited on us was nice. There was no place to sit as they were currently renovating. Mom and I ate and enjoyed our nuggets. Good night Google Family.Parking: Plenty of parking in a good sized parking lot.

Service was nice but we were missing items and the food was cold. We drove the 4 minutes home and the food was definitely colder then it should have been, especially the chili. I guess I should have double checked the bag for everything, but how do you miss 2 out of the 4 items in a biggie bag? I also never received a receipt. The biggie bag prices also were raised for whatever reason, I knew this going into it but still it just adds to the frustration.

This place is a five minute drive from my work so I'll keep coming back, but if you're not I wouldn't recommend this place.Staff interactions are very cordial and polite, even friendly at the best of times.Nearly every time I come here some part of the order is wrong. As of date of writing they forgot a 10 piece nugget and added an extra large fries, and prior to this they added a small cheeseburger, and even before this they forgot a 10 piece nugget and added a spicy 10 piece nugget.TL,DR: Great spot if within close driving distance, if not look elsewhere. 3/5

My husband ordered two meals today from them at 8:54pm. Ordered 2 number 6 combo, for one combo he substituted chili instead of fries and substitute small "vanilla frosty" instead of normal drinks. First of all he didnt get receipt so someone else print out the receipt for him. Because cashier refuse to give him a receipt. Second, instead of vanilla frosty we received chocolate and they charged extra drink. I called them to confront them, the girl who was on the phone didn't want to handle it so she passed the call to someone else... seriously? Also, update on hamburger , there is no lettuce, tomato, and no sauce... wow... I'm not going to go there anymore.*edited 8/11/23:They are only taking CASH and MOBILE ORDER

So for one thing there drive-thru only and probably will never reopened. Another thing when you pull up at the speaker they speak so quietly you can't hear them so I went up there a window to say who I ordered for and the African-American girl was like rude. Save yourself the problem and go to Chick-fil-A. They're fully open and much happier there in the food is so much better. Y'all should hire employees that don't have an attitude problem. As we should treat others how we want to be treated as you never know what somebody is going through.Upping it to 3 stars because another employee actually came out and still brought my order as it was too late to cancel on the app.
