The location may be a bit tricky to locate in the tiny strip store, but the amazing value and endless rows of homemade ice cream, straight from a nearby dairy farm, make it a must-visit. Don’t be scared off by long lines in the summer—they move quickly. A year-round operation, Manning’s is an NEPA classic that should not be missed.
