we used to go here once a week that's when all the waitress were friendly and on point. now the new waitress working have attitude problems. like when she messed up our order one week then the next week we went back she was the only waitress there.. she would not wait on me and my family. We got up and left. there was one other couple in the booth next to us .I told Mark he just said ok. So no more family nights there! food is good..this blonde waitress lost Tommy's my buisness.
Drove to Tommy’s for a tray of what used to be one of my favorite pizza places. When I opened the box at home I was shocked. It was obviously made up of partial trays and slices pieced together and recooked. There was literally no cheese on it and I’m not exaggerating. It tasted like burnt stale bread with tomato paste. after being a customer for years, I ordered pizza and bites for dinner. 90 minutes later I called to see where my order was I was told it was delivered. The manager then argued with me that I had not received it and allowed someone else to sign for my order paid for by my card and i apparently didnt know my own address.
