“Good food. Service is subpar unless you're sitting at the bar. We had long waits for drink refills and had to call over our server at one point. Food also seems to take significantly longer here than at other places, even when the restaurant is mostly empty.“

Pricing is reasonable and the portions are very sufficient ...we had to bring some food home !! You will need to make reservations even on a week night !!! Service is always top notch and friendly and the atmosphere is filled with Italian decor and music. It’s really such a great place to have a nice dinner with reasonable pricing and a family atmosphere. Alissa is always smiling and happy to see you.“

If you get a chance to try the lemon lush, you’ll wish you had a bigger stomach. I had the Porketta Brioche. I’ve never had Porketta but Margaret informed me of what it was and assured me I was getting a great meal. She wasn’t wrong. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. “We went the R Bar and Grill for the first time yesterday after hearing rave reviews about their wings at the Bloomsburg Fair. Well let me tell you the restaurant did not disappoint! the wings were incredible, nice and crispy and plenty of sauce! my husband got a burger and was impressed as well, he said it was flavorful and juicy throughout and the toppings were generous and delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend😍“

“Good food with a fair price. Friendly staff. Haven't had a bad experience until today. We have been customers here for years and always have had excellent food and service until today. Everything was over cooked. Had a BLT sandwich with chips. Bacon was hard and burnt. Coffee was burnt and onion rings were also burnt. First bad experience in almost 20 years. Yes I would still recommend this restaurant. Can't be perfect all of the time.“

The dining area is super clean, and the pizza is great! Perfect place to pop in on lunch break. They have full pies available too but I love being able to just grab slices!“

“We had an overall good experience. Our wait staff was wonderful! Detailed, attentive, unassuming. The young men that were clearing or filling water were excellent too. Our food was delicious. However, it was my mother-in-law’s first visit. She has ambulation issues and walks slowly. We entered the casino floor which is gated off from the shops and restaurants. We did not realize we could not enter the restaurant from our position without going back to the front entrance. There was a gate located about 20 ft from the restaurant and I had hoped that if we asked them to open it for a disabled patron they may be able to help. I called to the (5 or 6) women behind the host station. They looked at me and ignored me. I called out again and a woman came out to talk to us. It was obvious she was unhappy to help. I asked if the gate could bel opened to allow my mother to cross the isle without going all the way back. She (later found out her name was Dawn and she was one of two managers) was dismissive, short and offered no assistance, no empathy. And she finished by saying “this IS a casino”. Which I found insultingly obvious. I suspect she didn’t realize we had a reservation. I suspect Dawn didn’t realize we were going to be her customers. I didn’t mention it - but shouldn’t they be hospitable to even the casino goers? It’s wasn’t a big deal in the scheme of life. But it did put a dark cloud over our dinner. I’ve been to Ruth Chris many times at many different locations. I’ve never been treated poorly. I won’t be returning the Wilkes-Barre location.“

My only complaint is that the air conditioner is terrible still warm & uncomfortable...definitely need to have it serviced to make sure customers are comfortable eating or could walk out to go to Olive Garden to more comfortable & cooled off why people go out to eat so not have to around hot stove.“

“Illiano's is by far the best restaurant in the valley. There's something for everyone on the menu. Order the sicilian marinara pizza...thick crust, fresh tomatoes, garlic and plenty of cheese. If you're not happy, it's on you. It's definitely not the food“
