“As a wedding and event planner I'm always looking for a unique and beautiful venues. Durham Springs checked all my boxes and more! Owners, Dan and Ian, have taken this dated property and transformed it into my absolute go-to for events, especially weddings. The grounds are lovely with ponds, swaying grasses and rolling hills. I absolutely love the flexibility of the ballroom. Beautiful views, flexible lighting, high ceilings, tons of natural light, neutral floors, walls and chairs make decor a joy. You can create any vibe you want in this space with ease. Dan was lovely to work with and exceedingly patient in providing many changes in floorpan due to the never ending Covid issues. He was also genuinely excited for my bride and groom and took joy in seeing their vision come to light. Many other venues are quick to tell you all the things you cannot do. Dan made sure that our requests came to life, and then some! His creativity was much appreciated. The food was delicious and served in a lovely, imaginative manner. William, staff captain, kept the wait staff running efficiently throughout the evening and Melissa, Durham's on-site event coordinator was responsive throughout, taking special care of several specific needs that we had for the day. Needless to say, my bride and groom were thrilled with choosing Durham Springs for their VERY SPECIAL day!“

“My husband and I have been enjoying Jimmys Doggie Stand for many years. We live in South Jersey, but never travel through Phillipsburg/ Easton area without stopping. Their gyros are amazing! Their gyro meat and tzatziki are so fresh. The service is great. They’ve become “friends” over the years. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!“

“My husband and I were cycling on the D and L Canal Towpath today and stopped at Boo’s for lunch,and we are so glad we did! It was a perfect spot! Right on the towpath. Parking for bikes. Great beer and delicious food. A welcoming staff. We were delighted and enjoyed it all. I’m fairly picky. I try not to ever leave a bad review, but try to be honest. HONESTLY, THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST!“

“We were hungry and saw that they offered wraps. We ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and told them that we would split it between the two of us and they served it on two trays. The wrap was delicious! There was meat in every bite and the vegetables were fresh! I’m glad we shared it or we would have been stuffed.“

“We found this restaurant online and we were coming to Bethlehem from Wayne, NJ. We made a reservation for 4 on Sunday at 3pm and arrived on time! We were met by our server Maddy and seated at a large table. The food and service were outstanding. We come from an area filled with Italian restaurants and we were so pleased that we wouldn't hesitate at all to drive back just to eat there again! The portions were large, came out exactly as we ordered them. The prices were excellent also. If you want a great Italian dinner or pizza, I highly recommend this place!“

Top that with the upper management being supportive and reactive if you need to speak with them and you want to share that with anyone who wants to listen. I always kick things off with their complimentary cup of olives—such a great touch. Then it’s a delicious cocktail and one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had. The personal pizza comes out perfectly crisp and well done every time. I always finish with their cappuccino, which is the ideal way to end the night. The food was delicious, the ambiance was amazing, our drinks hit the spot and our server….. Dae, you were the cherry on top! THANK YOU for taking such good care of us. “Tonight my husband, Frank, and I enjoyed a spectacular dining experience at Stoke Coal Fire Pizza. The atmosphere is always fun and the food is to die for. My favorite is Anna’s meatballs which always remind me of my mom’s. Frank had blackened chicken and licked the plate when he was finished. Although I don’t drink anymore, I used to love the Fig drink and the blue drink with a little yellow duck on top was just to cute. A 10 star dining experience not to be missed.“

“I enjoy it here. Nice spot. Food is always solid, but the place is always empty! Not quite sure what the issue is. But I have never seen a place with more turnover! I have met 3 different managers is just about as many months and the most recent one "Mark" is clueless. He seems totally lost and does not really seem to do much. And every time I go there seems to be a new bartender behind the stick. Bit of a mixed bag, but most are very good. Most recently, I was there on a random weekday I had Ricky who was super friendly and a great conversationalist.“
