“We were in town for the weekend. Went to dinner Friday night without a reservation but they squeezed us in. The staff, service and food were amazing. We loved it so much we went back for brunch on Sunday before we left town. The host remembered us when we came in, he welcomed us back. The brunch was sensational! We sat in the sunroom during snowfall. It was beautiful and cosy. I wish we lived closer to go again and again. 10/10! Will recommend to anyone heading that way!“

We then enjoyed desserts, chocolate cake and the reminiscent Hess’s strawberry pie, which just like at Hess’s,is large enough to share with several people. “It was a nice Saturday in mid-May and my girlfriend and I wanted to try someplace new. We landed at Max and Butters.

We had hoped to sit outside but a family had their kids running wild so we ducked inside. The establishment is one long, eclectic rectangle with a hodgepodge of art and decoration without any noticeable theme or cohesion.

They served me a wonderful Reyka martini and we had breakfast for dinner because the dinner offerings didn't leave an impression. My girlfriend had three over-easy eggs with smoked bacon and I had a grilled chicken omelet with gruyere and spinach with a side of potatoes.

The omelet was excellent. The potatoes could have been a crispier by they were fresh. My girlfriend enjoyed her dish as well.

For a Saturday, it was strange that they had only one server and one cook in the kitchen. Even so, our server was wonderful and kind.

We hope to return soon and actually have breakfast for breakfast!“

“We have loved going to Teresa’s for years. Last night was so disappointing. Waited forever for any service at all. I ordered Chicken Marsala. I don’t think they had any marsala. Bland as could be. I don’t know what happened but it was totally out of character for them and we seemed to have met with resistance on everything. ☹️“

“I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.“

“It had been a while since I got food at Wa and it was my favorite and best experience ever. The chimchuri dog is unreal. Carmalized cabbage??!?! I thought it was carmalized onions. “We brought my daughter here yesterday for her 10th birthday, her favorite, breakfast for dinner. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our waitress was absolutely amazeballs. She was kind and funny and took extra care of my daughter, wishing her a happy birthday. Our food came fast and everything was delicious and reasonably priced, we wiped our plates clean. My daughter even left our waitress a thank you note on a napkin because she was so grateful for this woman’s kindness during our visit there, this was all her own idea. A little kindness goes a long way, thank you so much for making my daughter’s day! I wish I could remember our waitress’s name but this pregnancy has made my brain mush and I’ve forgotten it, I apologize, but believe that we will never forget how lovely you treated my daughter and our family.“

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about having our wedding reception at Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works! The space, food, beer, and staff were all fantastic, but the real star was Dominic, the Banquet and Events Manager. He is truly the reason we chose Brew Works, and we are so glad we did.

My husband has worked in the service industry for many years, and from our very first meeting, he could tell we would be in excellent hands with Dominic. He was absolutely right. Dominic inspired so much confidence from the beginning and followed through with thoughtful, attentive care.

The reception space is spacious, welcoming, and easy to make your own. We loved being able to bring our vision to life there! Parking can take a little planning, but most of our guests stayed at the two hotels across the street, which made everything incredibly convenient. The food was delicious, the bartenders were so friendly, and, of course, the beer was excellent.

One of my favorite details was the private VIP room we had during cocktail hour. Dominic had all the cocktail-hour food and champagne waiting for us there, so we actually got to eat, take a breath, and enjoy a little time together! He also made sure we were served dinner first so we could enjoy our meal before getting swept back into the celebration. Those thoughtful touches made such a difference.

We felt so taken care of and had the most wonderful time celebrating with our favorite people. We wholeheartedly recommend Allentown Brew Works, and we are especially grateful to Dominic for helping make our wedding reception so special!“

“I have eaten here several times and always have had an amazing experience. But if you need a place to host a private event go to Tacos y Tequila in Allentown. My friends and I threw one of our best friends a surprise birthday party and Tacos y Tequila went above and beyond. Edriana was my organizer she was so helpful especially with my 100 questions ?. Brandon is the manager he was so kind and attentive. We had two amazing servers by the name of Jose and Kayla. They were so kind and I hope to get them as servers again in the future. The food of course was amazing. They set a menu for you and your guest and everyone enjoyed everything. Their mojitos are also amazing. I definitely will use their services again.“

I do not think I ever had anyone serve me as great as this team of people and my Direct server was Morgan. I do not know if you have an incentive if customers give the name of their servers in a positive light or not, but she definitely deserves an award. “The food has gotten better since my last review 3 years ago, hats off to the cooks. Started going back this year, staff is great except still lacking in enough staffing diring busy times. Only thing upset about, I love there smoothies, when you order them to go, you get about half of what you get while dining in! won't be ordering drinks to go anymore!!!“

“My office recently moved to downtown Allentown. Every time I go in Dante is so extremely kind. Greets me by name, asks how I am and is always quick so I can get on my way. I am not a big coffee drinker but I find myself there more than usual just to start my day off with a friendly face! Highly recommended!“

I am not here to write a review of your food, it is what it is, instead I want to acknowledge a Taco Bell employee that was working the Drive In the evening of 9.17, whoever that is deserves a promotion or raise. This review is 100% biased and my own personal views and not a testament to this Taco Bell but this employee saved my day. I had just had a long arduous day in the hospital working with pediatric patients when I was finally able to leave and was greeted by the nicest Drive In voice ever. They were patient, kind, made suggestions, and most importantly asked me how I was doing. While we only conversed for a minute, they turned my day around with their smile and friendly spirit. They knew I worked in healthcare and offered me a small gift card to come back again (which I promise to do). Thank you for hiring this person, please give them all the flowers they deserve.“
