“We were in town for the weekend. Went to dinner Friday night without a reservation but they squeezed us in. The staff, service and food were amazing. We loved it so much we went back for brunch on Sunday before we left town. The host remembered us when we came in, he welcomed us back. The brunch was sensational! We sat in the sunroom during snowfall. It was beautiful and cosy. I wish we lived closer to go again and again. 10/10! Will recommend to anyone heading that way!“

We then enjoyed desserts, chocolate cake and the reminiscent Hess’s strawberry pie, which just like at Hess’s,is large enough to share with several people. “I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.“

“We have loved going to Teresa’s for years. Last night was so disappointing. Waited forever for any service at all. I ordered Chicken Marsala. I don’t think they had any marsala. Bland as could be. I don’t know what happened but it was totally out of character for them and we seemed to have met with resistance on everything. ☹️“

“Love this place! The owner is so accommodating. We brought a large party bus there and they accommodated us with no issues. The bartenders and waitresses were beyond efficient and sweet. The beers were cold. The drinks were quick and the food was great. Loved this place.“

He works with you and ensures you have all that you need for your big day. We held a Anniversary party, 2 birthday parties and been to a few there as well. “We brought my daughter here yesterday for her 10th birthday, her favorite, breakfast for dinner. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our waitress was absolutely amazeballs. She was kind and funny and took extra care of my daughter, wishing her a happy birthday. Our food came fast and everything was delicious and reasonably priced, we wiped our plates clean. My daughter even left our waitress a thank you note on a napkin because she was so grateful for this woman’s kindness during our visit there, this was all her own idea. A little kindness goes a long way, thank you so much for making my daughter’s day! I wish I could remember our waitress’s name but this pregnancy has made my brain mush and I’ve forgotten it, I apologize, but believe that we will never forget how lovely you treated my daughter and our family.“

“I have eaten here several times and always have had an amazing experience. But if you need a place to host a private event go to Tacos y Tequila in Allentown. My friends and I threw one of our best friends a surprise birthday party and Tacos y Tequila went above and beyond. Edriana was my organizer she was so helpful especially with my 100 questions ?. Brandon is the manager he was so kind and attentive. We had two amazing servers by the name of Jose and Kayla. They were so kind and I hope to get them as servers again in the future. The food of course was amazing. They set a menu for you and your guest and everyone enjoyed everything. Their mojitos are also amazing. I definitely will use their services again.“

“Hosted a formal event for 100+ people and had a lovely time. The event manager is incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and accomoadating to our needs. All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the staff, the atmosphere, the food, and everything else. Would recommend all my friends to host their events here. “The food has gotten better since my last review 3 years ago, hats off to the cooks. Started going back this year, staff is great except still lacking in enough staffing diring busy times. Only thing upset about, I love there smoothies, when you order them to go, you get about half of what you get while dining in! won't be ordering drinks to go anymore!!!“
