Food was good but the service was absolutely abysmal. Literally the worst service of any restaurant I have been to in the last 5 years. I was told 20-35 minutes for my order but it took around 60 minutes to complete. The fries must have been made first and sat for awhile because they were soggy and cold. The wings were good and meaty but that was the only plus.
The food is hot and tasty but mostly the staff is wonderful Anthony at the counter was patient , informative, and polite When he didn't know the answer he asked for help from other friendly coworkers What a breath of fresh air!!The portions were largeThe restaurant was a bit chilly but the service and food made me able to overlook that! Thanks to the good management and good employees!

Out of the few Wingstops I have visited in the lehigh valley, this spot is by far my favorite. Besides the food being great all the time, their customer service is 10 plus stars at all time. From the cashiers, to the cooks, to the management. It is always a great atmosphere while ordering and receiving your food. That team of people are wonderful!!!
