My best friend and I had dinner here this evening. Our meals were delicious and our service was OUTSTANDING!! Our waiter (Colton) was THE BEST server that we have had at any restaurant we have ever gone to. Colton was very attentive to our table, very quick with his service, and extremely kind and cheerful!! It certainly was a pleasure to have him as our waiter!! He definitely is an asset to Rachel's!! We will be back soon!!

Don’t get the chicken parm. Worst red sauce ever.
Ordered basket of pretzels as an appetizer. They never came. When main course arrived, we mentioned it. So a few minutes later ONE pretzel was delivered, not a basket.
Guessing understaffed (who isn’t these days) since we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and the restaurant wasn’t even half full.
Won’t be going back for awhile.
