We visited the Himalayan Salt Room in Knox and my friends and I had lunch at the Carriage Inn. We had such a nice time and the lunch was great! Thank you Carriage Inn for putting up with us!
Really good food! Had hot roast beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy. The ranch dressing salad was fresh and crispy. Local feel. The time it took to get meals though was quite long. The food was worth it in the end.
This hometown restaurant is wonderful!! Everything we have ever had is simply the best! We are very privileged to have such a fine establishment in our small town!
