The food was very good. Just like the name implies, it was Country cooking. Pricing was great and realistic. I did not ever see the bottom of my coffee cup until we were ready to leave. Missed that style cooking. Very glad we stopped on a whim and we will be returning the next time through the area.
An authentic country diner with great food at good prices. Everything we had was good, and we fed three adults generous lunches for $30 total.A few warnings: THEY DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT BY CARD. There is an ATM on site though. THE PORTIONS ARE SOMETIMES PRETTY BIG. I’m a big eater and I was stuffed. With most meals you probably don’t want an appetizer. You may even want to split an order.
