It was like eh, didn’t really feel wanted in there. I ordered a French dip that was supposed to come on a toasty garlic bread, it came on a half toasted tasteless hero, I order cheese ( paid extra ) and I think maybe got 2 slices for the whole hero (at least they were melted) the sauce french dip sauce was eh, the roast beef was dry and the tator tots (also paid additional for) were very over cooked. I was hungry but I was not impressed. Seems like they cater to a college & sport crowd.

Got 50 wings- grease was rancid so the wings literally smelled like butt. Also they were way over cooked, so the skin was tough and pieces of the bones were crumbling and ended up all in my mouth. Ended up eating leftover Chinese for dinner instead. Wasted $67 at this place.

Service was so awful and slow.

The Basin Street chef is a real chef — every time I go I have such great food; great service; and, I recommend it to all my friends.

Excellent food. Generous portions. Doesn't get too full of college kids. Friendly bartenders.

I've lived here for 5 years, and this was the first time we stopped in. I've been missing out on their great wings! We have gotten take-out several times now when we are on the run!

I ordered food for a catered luncheon for 40 people. Everything was done as promised and the food was good. All of the people at the luncheon enjoyed the meal. I'd recommend and use them again in the future.

We always have a great time at BSH. So glad they support local talent. Aaron Dewald Music plays here and brings a great crowd. Great bar food and service!

My girlfriend and I went here for wing night tonight she got a bunch of wings I got mac and cheese with pulled pork on top with amazing barbecue sauce and an order of steak fries.

The only bad thing were the steak fries they were heavily overcooked but the service was great.

At the moment I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5, I would definitely go again and recommend it to others.

Tried Basin Street for the first time tonight. Not sure what took us so long! We'll be back very soon. Great service, great food, and cool atmosphere!

Great service but my wings were dry and fries were under cooked. I had it to go. . . I’m not writing this place off. Will try another day.
