Kutztown Tavern Reviews
We went for an early dinner yesterday and had great food and beer! Seafood Bisque was TO DIE FOR, and all our food was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The bartender was on point--we sat at the bar. We had a great time!
One of the best experiences in a long time
It's spacious inside, with the normal brew pub atmosphere. The restaurant is very clean and well-lit. Looked like a large area upstairs for searing also. The staff were friendly. The food was good. We seemed to be the first visitors arriving around 11:30 (they open at 11am), during our summer visit. Large portions of food and was delicious. We parked on a side street, there is also paid parking, behind the tavern. If using a Credit Card they will charge an additional 3%.

Kutztown Tavern offers delicious food and good drinks, with a fantastic craft beer selection and fabulous vegetarian options. The restaurant has a homie feel that is very pleasant and feels like coming to a family member's home. The staff is always kind and the service is always top tier. Dishes like the lamb burger and the cowboy burger are amazing. The grilled cheese on ciabatta bread and the creamy tomato bisque are also very good. The atmosphere is very cool and the food is amazing every time. While parking can be a challenge, the food is hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Plan on $25-35 per person, and expect a wait during busy times—but it's worth it
