They were very nice, especially for the time of night. There was an awesome girl with a blonde side braid on the left shoulder at the register, I wasn't able to get her name, and she was super patient and nice to me and my family.
Always has great tasting frozen custard and Italian ice. Very clean place, friendly staff. Have favorites like the mango flavor and cookies and cream concrete mixer. Very family friendly.
I recently hosted a 90th birthday party at Kutztown Rita’s, and it was wonderful! The private room was the perfect size for our gathering. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience even better. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I would absolutely rent the party room again for future events. Thank you!
