The ala vodka flatbread is amazing! Along with the cosmo, excellent! Gene and Colin took care of our food and drinks…very helpful and personanle!
Greeted with a smile the minute we walked in. Seated right away. Our waitress was friendly. The place was inviting and clean. We loved the Pub Nachos. Very good.
Very good food and the beer I had was good too
Nice variety all around. Pleased that they have vegan options as well
I've been to the Saucony in Reading at the train station. Awesome there!
However, this Saucony was disappointing. There are not many vegetarian or gluten free options. Try to combine the two and you get one item on the menu: a salad. Great.
The atmosphere was chaotic and uncomfortable. Children were running all over the place and there is a playground at the outside seating. I didn't realize this. I wanted to go out and enjoy some drinks and dinner with friends, and instead I couldn't eat anything and we were bombarded by children with parents who didn't even watch them. My poor dog is terrified of children, so she was very unhappy as well. But they did bring her a water bowl which was very nice.
However, I will not be returning.
Have always enjoyed their beer selection.
Nice selection of craft brews, hard ciders, & cocktails. The pub food is good. Some of the ingredients are from the local farms. Good friendly service. Folksy vibe for people of all ages and children too.
This place never disappoints. We had the brussel sprouts and fresh cut fries. For our main meal we split a flat bread pizza and salad. Everything tasted amazing. I would highly recommend eating here.
The servers are well-trained and efficient.
But, each and every time I go, I ask myself why. I don't drink, so bar items don't interest me. What food items I've ordered, I've been disappointed with. And temperature-wise, it's always cold.
Tonight, other than water, the only soft drinks available were canned. Not able to find much on the menu to my liking, I ordered nachos as my main meal. Big mistake. The cheese was congealed by the time it came out, for the amount of chips served, there was not enough pico de gallo, and it seemed as though there was too much lime in the lime crema.
I've tried to like this restaurant, but it's just not for me.
Good beer, good food, good people. Great spot to bring a well behaved dog on a nice day.

Great Beer. Great service. Tasty food. good atmosphere! I had the brisket grilled cheese with some of their ciders. But the Maple Mistress has been one of my favorite beers for years.
Went for lunch. Outdoor area was nice. Decent spot for the kids. Tasted a few beers and nothing great. Ordered the triple threat fries and was not a fan at all. Fries were not seasoned. The toppings barely cover all the fries. Lastly, there was something that was very spicy on them that was not listed in the ingredients. It was very spicy to me in some bites and we had young children that we were sharing with so was afraid to give them any. Maybe the garlic wasn’t cooked and that was it but not sure. Very sharp spice feeling. Left pretty much a full plate on the table. Service was great though
Place is that best!!!
Not worth the wait for the food. Waited 10 minutes to be seated when tables were available. Then took 10 minutes to get water. 20 additional minutes to get 1 flight of beer at which they decided to tell us they were out of the beer. Took an additional 15 minutes to bring out or kids food(a bowl of Mac and cheese and 2 hotdogs) and one flatbread. Took an additional 15 minutes to get our normal food. The place was not even that busy. People were nice but service is horrible. The wait time is terrible. Food was 3.5 out of 5. Never again. I don’t need say anything about the beer since that of course is good. Over an hour to wait for food.
Great beers and pub food!
