I had potatoes on the side which were flavored perfectly with seasonings and onions. So tasty! Dawn (the owner) was very attentive and made sure all was satisfactory to my liking. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere and great location. I would highly recommend this gem to everyone looking for a cut above your boring chain food establishments.“

Today I stopped by for an iced matcha with soy milk — 10/10! Great color and flavor. I was also hoping to grab a vegan sweet treat, but unfortunately there were no vegan pastries or baked goods available. I’m pretty sure you had some last year when I visited, so maybe just bad luck today.

That said, the staff was super friendly despite the place being busy. Hope to be back soon!“

“Factory Girl Bake Shop is our go-to place for special occasion cakes. Made with the freshest ingredients, they taste as good as they look. And there are always other goodies in the case that are amazing.“

“I went to New Hope and stopped at Starbucks to get a drink. The place is really nice and has an extremely comfy room in the back. It is big enough for 2-3 families along with the front having about 4 seats.

The service was nice and the drinks were made properly.

They have many options for Gluten-free and also soy-free dining. Vegetarian options can also be found. Portions were hearty and food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We walked in with a list of allergies. Staff took the time to guide us through the menu and help us make selections. After we announced that we are both gluten and soy free, they took care to clean the kitchen and equipment before preparing our order. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. “The food is amazing and staff is always friendly. Its our favorite place for breakfast food, but the space is too small to accommodate how many people come in on Saturdays and Sundays. Wait time can be over an hour, and when you finally sit the wait staff is so busy running around to other tables it's hard to get there attention. We have had to leave to go find somewhere else multiple times because the wait is outrageous. They need a bigger location and more staff! Love the pancakes 🥞“

“The "main room" is large and airy. There were no other customers in the store so we ordered right away and did not have to wait long for our drinks. The two staff members were cheery and friendly. I ordered a brewed coffee and my friend had a frappe. We could have sat in the same area but the big surprise was that there is a large, separate room with many tables and chairs to relax in, including some large, soft easy chairs. The bathrooms were clean and accessible without a code or key. In addition, there are outside tables and chairs. Only a couple of people came in while we were there so it was quiet and relaxing.“

I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“At this point I would call myself a starbucks critic, and I have to say this one is probably my favorite. Starbucks is always hit or miss with their baristas and drive thru workers, but I have only ever had good experiences with this location and I’ve been coming to this one since 2019. You are all SO SWEET! More importantly you’re really nice to the two dogs I usually have in the car too which is more important to me than a correct order. Speaking of, my order has only gotten mixed up ONE TIME in 6 years and they corrected it and it wasn’t even a big deal. I’ll never forget that! “Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“I’ve been a long time customer of this place prior to 2020. Any chance I was willing to drive 40 mins just for a smoothie I would. As a strict organic gluten free sugar free soy free vegan with many food allergies going out is often a chore. I loved this place. But I have noticed a change in decor it seems more cold and the pre bottled juices seem to be diluted or sat for way too long and separated. When Kelly was the owner it seemed warmer in the store. Altho the smoothies and smoothie bowls still seem to be the same quality. Just a bit sad about the bottled juice. But I’m glad this place still exists and support this business as much as I can. It’s the only place I can go and feel “normal” when I order. Also they seemed to change the bowl container to some sort of plastic. I much rather the papery ones more eco friendly which matters to me. But I definitely still recommend this place to everyone.

I just want to say since new owner ship they never pick up their phone when they are supposed to be open. It’s a far drive and I want to make sure they are open. This has happened multiple times. Just checking hours since the seasons have changed. But apparently no one answers.“

He came in with three VERY complicated(“Secret Menu”) orders that I texted out for him, and she took one look and said, “No problem! “Me and my husband stopped in on Saturday night. As soon as we walking in the employees made us feel like we have been coming here for years. Keep in mind this was our 1st visit. I ordered the Gluten Free Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. Mike (I’m pretty sure that was his name he did tell me) came out and told me I was the 1st non family member to order this.
