Collin is kind and helpful. We had a somewhat complicated order and he took care of it with ease.
Amazing experience every time! I'm from out of town and this is my favorite location in the whole country.
I'm always greeted with happy faces and wonderful energy. I got the Venti Iced Matcha Latte w/ Banana Protein Cold Foam and WOWW! I drank it, walked around and came back for another one. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Starbucks in New Hope is the Starbucks of all Starbucks, and it’s not just because of the coffee or the food it’s because of the people. I usually try to support small local coffee shops whenever I can, but the staff here is what keeps bringing me back. The Starbucks in New Hope is a place where people have kind and attentive staff. Every employee is hardworking, genuinely welcoming and makes a positive atmosphere. The service is friendly and great, with no problems for frozen or iced coffees and drinks made properly. The location has a really nice and extremely comfy room in the back and a front area with about four seats, big enough for two to three families. People can try a summer drink such as berry lemonade, an amazing and refreshing drink, or enjoy coffee or food. The overall experience is smooth, pleasant and very nice. Customers often say the team consistently makes the day better and that the care and level of service deserves recognition. If you are in New Hope and looking for a refreshing drink, this Starbucks is definitely worth a visit.
