Staff was rude and cursing an awful lot. My order wasn't ready or even started when I arrived 25 minutes after ordering. They said they " forgot to do it". Had me wait longer. When I pulled back up to get my order, I was not greeted, rather just talked about among staff.

Loved their food. Now they are skimping on the combo sub. Would rather the price be raised a little than have bought a dinner not liked. Meat also tasted cheaper quality. It was also over toasted. The cheese was coming out of the sides and was hard and brown.

Got an Italian flat wrap crust was so hard I couldnt eat it! Tried to cut thru with a knife couldn't even cut it total waste of money! I miss Albion!!!!

After a horrible experience with another restaurant, I went to Jim and Sue's. Great food, fast service, and kind workers. Definitely will be returning.

Excellent pizza. Not complaining but wish the pizza crust was homemade. The toppings and sauce were excellent. Prices were fair.

Always great food & excellent service. Stuffed Pizzas are legendary, and the Antipasto Salad is by far the best in the area. Oh, the meatball subs are fabulous too.

Worst pie ever would eat frozen or $5 hot and ready first. No flavor, cheese was cheese food not real cheese, sausage was cold compared to rest of pizza like they cooked pizza then put on sausage. Threw rest out. Got acid reflux and was sick after eating it.
