The customer service shook me of. The price was little bit high for the portion size. While seating with my team an employee came up to us and slammed a garbage bag near us expected us to throw trash in it, where we haven't even started eating icecream yet. well I understand it was closing time but We still respected them from us.

My friends and I came here to enjoy some ice cream and we were greeted with terrible customer service. While we were eating the ice cream in the patio area, an employee came outside and slammed a trash can near us telling us to put our trash in the trash can and not make a mess. This confused all of us because we had just began eating and didn’t make any mess. I’m not sure why she assumed that we would make a mess but with this customer service, I will never be coming back!

Sorry for this type of a review but me and my family members went to thsi place around 8:30 PM. The lady in the front window was bit rude, she was expecting us to be be quick while picking our flavor. also we have like 25 people. After that an employee came outside and put the trash bin near us even though we hadn't even started eating icecream. Well the customer service was really worst We would have expected better.Also, the icecream didn't worth the price.

The ice cream is delicious, and the employees are great, so it is worth the wait. And when I am here, it feels like heaven! They even have a "pup cup," so my pups can enjoy the ice cream with me!!

Disappointing customer service. Had similar experience as Krishna mentioned earlier. Younger Employees were either very judgmental or racist. Assumed the worst in us and treated us the same. Their indifference was very subtle. We could see them making fun of us. That encounter made us very sad at the end of the day and spoiled our remaining vacation.

Overpriced and false advertising. Everything was from the grocery store and not flavorful.Cookie dough was advertised as brown sugar and molasses flavored ice cream with cookie dough and dark chocolate pieces. It was actually just a scoop of vanilla ice cream out of a grocery store pint with a few pieces of cookie dough. Cherry vanilla was advertised as black Cherry pieces but it was cheap, gross maraschino cherries. Don’t recommend.

Look ice cream was fine and the service was excellent but the portions are really small relative to the price. 10 bucks for a waffle cone with a regular dip is insane. I mean I know they have to make their money in season but seriously the prices are ridiculous

By the time I waited in line I could have bought a cow, milked, it and made my own ice cream. Took 35 minutes after placing the order for the ice cream and we didn’t even order anything complicated. In the end they forgot 2 of the items we ordered because they threw the receipt in the trash. Doesn’t seem like anyone is in charge. I don’t even blame the kids working there, whoever owns this place is a failure for not training their staff better. Like another reviewer said, Hog Hell is more accurate.

Maybe they got better but some of the reviews make no sense. Service was great both nights I went. And the ice cream was phenomenal. Large selection of ice cream and toppings.
