We thought immediately over priced, food came out and was at least par, but the server added multiple desserts and beverages to our check, which we caught but her explanation was suspect to say the least. Just put a bad stamp on an already over priced just average meal. Wouldn't go back and after finding out that Nick's is owned by the same person I am uneasy to eat in this area ever again.

A surprising delight! Louie's is a great little steakhouse that offers a good selection of meal choices from its menu. Service was good, and so was the food. My only complaint, which is not really their fault, was being seated next to a large group celebrating an occasion. It was challenging to hold a conversation. It happens; we will be back.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Louie’s Prime. We were happy with our wait time on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was nice.The kids enjoyed their kids mac n’ cheese. My wife’s scallops were phenomenal as were the truffle fries. The brussels sprouts were meh. My main issue was the double crusted Delmonico steak was so salty it was not edible ($69).

Wow! What a great experience. Dana is a wonderful server and did everything she could to ensure that we had a perfect meal. Her suggestions were spot on and Louie's delivered a perfect meal. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the appies, sides and salads were delicious. They have a very good wine and cocktail list. Overall, better than the dark wood, expense account steakhouses with very reasonable prices. Like most of the places in the Poconos, the dress code is pretty loose, ranging from very casual to classy. There's a small bar with ~15 seats and you can eat at the bar. I recommend reservations. Thanks for a great evening.
