Got the southwest bowl with chicken. Honestly was bland and not worth it. The service was mid. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy and the server looked like she was lost in the sauce. Would have been down to crush a couple beers but I only got one and she never came back to ask if I wanted another. Good view of the lake tho. Don’t think I’ll be back.

We were met with a ton of “no’s” so it was a frustrating experience. We called initially to put in an order and they said pizza only for takeout unless you dine in. Okay. We make the trip in-person, go to the bar and no seating unless the entire party had their IDs. Two out of three people had their IDs. I had a picture of mine but that didn’t work. The inflexibility of the bartender was a bit off-putting, I’m 29 I have no interest in getting any alcohol with my food. She was cordial enough about it so if it’s a regulatory thing I could understand.

Jenna came in and really saved the day. She saw my frustration and took care of us (not at the bar). Not only do I have to commend her for her EQ but she was the only one in the restaurant that seemed like she cared about the customers. It was a busy Friday night and I felt like I was being dismissed from the host to the bartender. From a defeated, hungry traveler - thank you Jenna for being a kind human! You’ve made the 2 star experience a 4 star one 🙂

Avoid like the plague…beautiful sunset wasn’t worth the night in the bathroom after as both my wife and I got sick after eating burgers from here.

We came as a bachlorette trip this past weekend. I wanted to highlight our server Caden as he was exceptional. He went along with all our crazy silly antics and never blinked an eye. He was wonderful, our food was great. The outdoor seating with live music was great. The wait for an outdoor table was very long however the outdoor bar service was Elizabeth was top notch and we didn’t even notice the wait! Thank you!!!!

Great location with beautiful sunset views. Food is great: pizza is thin crust w delicious toppings and I tried the salmon w peaches; it was fabulous! Decent wine choices.

Probably the worst place I've ever been to, we waited almost a half hour to sit and after being seated we had no one come over to even ask for our order after an additional 40 minutes! I'd tell you about the food but we never even got to get water.

Best place to eat or grab a drink in the Lake Harmony area! My family has been visiting here for over a decade and Nick’s never disappoints!

Live music, the best Lake Harmony view, fantastic staff, and high quality food makes Nick’s Lake House a must do stop on your Pocono’s adventure!
