We were traveling from Pittsburgh to the Pocono’s to see a band playing at this location on St Patty’s day.That’s a long ride hoping to get into the establishment and to get seats to see the show. I called and explained my situation and they were fantastic! Went out of their way to accommodate strangers, we were blown away! This place is great! Great food, drinks, entertainment and owners/ managers/ and staff . Our sincere thanks to all for making our experience first class. I can only rate this experience as a perfect 10! Great Service, Madison was my server. Very friendly and attentive. Ordered the French Dip and French Fries. Sandwich was huge and tasty, fries were done perfectly. Had a beer and a soda total was around 24.00 + tip.

Our waitress was very nice and helpful. I tried a chocolate martini and she suggested bailey's cream which definitely made it better! Karaoke is really fun.

This is not the first year that They’ve done this to my credit card both years they’ve charged a $400 tab. I’ve explicitly said me and my husband were the only two ordering out of our group. They put everybody else’s charge on my card when everybody left I was stuck paying the tap. beware, do not put your card on the tab pay cash at all times

We have been coming here for the past 9-10 years or so and used to really like this place. It has gotten worse in recent years but tonight was the limit.My wife and I went in and we each ordered steaks, hers a prime rib medium rare and myself a T-Bone Pittsburgh Rare. They both came out Medium Well. I have not sent a steak back in probably 20 years. These were not worth eating. We sent them back. Our waitress was very nice but the manager came out and basically put the old, overcooked steaks on the table and told my wife she could have a couple of dollars off, and me nothing. We were told that the kitchen is not allowed to serve steaks that rare. Ok, that is fine, but that should have been disclosed shortly after ordering.There was no apology. No offer to order something different since they could not accommodate the requested temperature, just a very rude manager. She brought the chef out who insisted he had been there for 6 years. We were told if we ever ate there, he made it. Well then, we have had their steaks many times before and apparently during his stint, they were never this bad.We asked for the check. No discounts. We paid for our drinks and the appetizer. No apologies from anyone else, except the server.We also asked for the manager's name to include here. She refused. Mainly the reason I am writing this review. Decent customer service can go a long way.Sad as this was once our go to place in Lake Harmony. We hope the owners will read this and consider how they train and hire their staff.

First time coming to this place and it will be my last. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes without being waited on. Bartenders waited on people that were there after us. Definitely disappointed. Worst service ever.

The lay out of the building works well for events they hold and the crowd constantly is decent as far as energy I'm not to impressed with service from bar tenders but to be fair crowds are large and its hard to hear. But my favorite thing that has me coming back sometimes twice a week is the kareoke the couple who runs it are awesome and do an outstanding job. In my opinion it's a must see when in the area

Food was great ! Service an my waitress was amazing ! But poor lady had to vacuum same spot over an over because vacuum was not picking up trash ! Please get this beautiful place a vacuum. ❤️

I went in for a drink and burger. Rich and Leah were bartending and they were both excellent in terms of service and quality. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere of the place was great. It was a really welcoming place, I had many conversations with people throughout the night and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Before I left for the night I wanted to play some pool in the back. It was dying down in the back, so I asked the security guard if he wanted to play pool. He immediately carded me and told me I was too young to be drinking in the bar. This was after I have been served 3 drinks at the bar. He refused to give my ID back as he said my ID picture was incorrect and he wanted me to recite my driver’s license number (which I don’t know off the top of my head) and social security number, which is absolutely mind blowing. After arguing with him for quite a while I asked Leah to help me out, and she did and I got my ID back. That single interaction ruined the great experience I had there. The place is great, but that security guard needs to be fired.
