Cheese, properly covered and not thin nor scattered cheap, moisture and stretch are just right.The dough is fantastic, thin yet thick, not airy and insubstantial... just absolutely mind blown by the dough.. everyone else's pizza shop can learn a few things from the chef.Probably the best standard round pizza this side of the valley... if not around the entire mountain.

Been there before, good food, but just sat 15 min and my wife and I were the only people in the bar, not even a bartender, 15 entire minutes, no servuce
