Sauce, sweet. Cheese, properly covered and not thin nor scattered cheap, moisture and stretch are just right.
The dough is fantastic, thin yet thick, not airy and insubstantial... just absolutely mind blown by the dough.. everyone else's pizza shop can learn a few things from the chef.
Probably the best standard round pizza this side of the valley... if not around the entire mountain.

Honestly great food and on Monday $2 pints great deals like $5 make it your own burger! Great service! Only downer is an HR wait yet they make most of it from scratch and tastes amazing worth the wait!
