We had snow over a week ago. The restaurant doesn't have a parking lot and relies on street parking. None of the curbs around the restaurant had been cleared. We had to backtrack a block to be able to access the sidewalk, which meant we walked an extra two blocks with the temps hovering at freezing when we were dressed for a special evening out, not a moonlight stroll in heels. Once we were seated the waitress asked us if it was our first time there, and we responded that it was. She didn't explain the menu, that the entree was only the entree; the sides were all separate and not on the same page, nor did she tell us there were sauces for the meat on another page. It was a disappointment.

We were seated promptly at a lovely location towards the looking out on the street. Larrisa took excellent care of us explaining the and some of the new menu options. We enjoyed excellent cocktails prior to the meal. The yellow tail Hamachi was extraordinary. Our entrees were lovely and prepared as we asked. They also took special care to make sure my wife's birthday was celebrated elegantly

Had to ask server twice for several things. Forgot scented hot hand towels at start of service. When asked later about this stated sometimes they run out. Not 1 minute later table right next to us, server brought out the scented hand towels to the table.
