I always tell people this is the best place to get pizza in town! But they also make great pasta! I love getting their spaghetti and meatballs meal.

I've never been to a restaurant where the people behind the counter are so COOKED! I ordered an hour before they closed and they messed up my order during MULTIPLE remakes until they just closed the store and I had to take home a gluten free crust pizza with breaded chicken on top. This could've made me very sick!! I don't know if it's laziness or if everyone back there is on drugs but this used to be a very good restaurant. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this location.
Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options available, but they don't always take the care they're supposed to so there's risk of cross contamination.

Never being here before, I called in an advance order. Upon picking it up I was shocked at how disgusting this place was. Filthy! Poorly stocked with two bags of chips only. The woman manning the register and taking phone orders is obnoxious and rude. Her and the cook had a huge screaming argument in front of customers. This place should be shut down! I left without taking my sandwich. People, walk a few more steps around the corner to House of Pizza on Chestnut instead. Much better service and well maintained.

Terrible service and delivery time. They called me three times to figure out that I only wanted olive oil on the side of my salad and then did not give me olive oil on the side of my salad. They also forgot my 2 ltr bottle of soda and the food was cold. I spent $50 on a large pizza, a salad and some mozzarella sticks and a soda that I never received. This was my final straw. I will not return to this place and I do not recommend that anybody wastes their time here.

Wow, the pizza was burnt on top, doughy, and tasted off. When asked the cook, if the dough was bad, he shook his head yes. Neither the cook nor the guy behind the counter offered to make it right. We hadn't been here in a while and now don't plan on ever returning. House of Pizza didn't fail us, in case you're looking for a place that takes pride in their food & customer service.
Pretty good slice, but it was so dirty inside my wife wouldn't even try a bite.

I ordered a white pizza and an antipasto salad for delivery. The pizza was not only NOT a white pizza, but it is also soaking wet, lots of very watery red sauce. The salad I ordered was missing 4 of the listed ingredients. I’m honestly just speechless. The pizza is wrong and disgusting, and the salad was literally a rip off. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this is really unacceptable. Next time I won’t ignore the very recent onslaught of 1 star reviews. Unfortunately I will not be dining here again.

Wow is all I can say I’ve been here a few times and never had such a bad experience. I figured I’d grab a quick slice of cheese pizza and I’ll be honest I had to throw it away, which I don’t think I’ve ever done to a piece of pizza in my life. It was hard, no cheese and all grease, and had no flavor. I also was charged a whole dollar for a small side of ranch which I never even got. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was gross.

Great authentic NY thin crust pizza.
They always have a great selection of slices to choose from. Higher recommend the grandma slice, with a little extra sauce on the side!
You definitely see some interesting characters there being next to the bus station, but it’s always a very friendly environment.
The only thing I’d suggest is turning down the music a bit, because it’s BLASTING sometimes.
Overall definitely recommend them tho!

Recently moved to Lancaster this has been the best pizza I've had yet since I've got here
Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. Worth the 35 min drive for us!
Dietary restrictions: They've got gluten free pizza as well as GF subs . Their pizza even comes with a disposable cutter and tray to ensure no cross-contamination! And it's completely delicious. I've missed pizza and this brings back all that back!
