Brooklyn Pizza Grill & Pasta

This was our go to pizza place for awhile. After tonight's pizza, never again. The pizza we got looked like it was a frozen pizza not cooked all of the way. The cheese wasn't even melted all the way through. (Something definitely felt fishy when I was told 10 minutes for 2 large cheese pizzas) In fact after looking at them closer, they are in fact using frozen pizzas. So I just paid $30 for frozen pizza. Don't order from Brooklyn Pizza anymore.

I accidentally ordered here through slice instead of the other unaffiliated restaurant on Oregon Pike. It’s nowhere near as good. The restaurant itself seemed a little bit dirty too. This restaurant oddly changes its name to be as close as possible to the one on Oregon Pike. It can make it very confusing for customers. It’s sad that they count on confusing customers to help their business instead of just making great pizza

Was looking forward to seeing if the pizza and hoagies were any good after being out of the area for awhile, only to find this location would not honor a gift certificate for this location - which does not have an expiration date - because “it was issued by previous owner “. Total unprofessional and discourteous - when you buy a business you also take on the obligations of the business. By the looks of the tired pizzas in the case, and lack of customers, maybe they did us a favor. Will never patronize an unethical business.

Pizza was burnt and the music was so loud you couldnt even her yourself think. I usually go here regularly but never again. I gave them no stars.

They don't follow special instructions when ordering from delivery apps..

Sucks. Wish I could give 0 stars. Called for delivery, said 25 minutes for one large pizza. Called me 41 minutes later to ask me if I wanted to cancel the order or come pick it up because they don’t have a delivery driver. 👍🏻 thanks.

Usually this place is okay. Today I got a wet mess disguised as a pizza.

Not just pizza.... ordered the cheese burger and Fry's. Very good burger with all the fixings and nice crispy frys

We got some subs and waited about 30 mins for them to make them. The workers were arguing while we waited. The subs was good and full of food. The place is small and rundown
