Applebee's Grill + Bar

This Applebee's is a joke. The waitresses and waiters are terrible. They don't have clue of what's going on and who has what table. I was there for an hour with no service. If your in Lancaster, Lincoln Hwy skip this Applebee's. 🤫🤔👎🏿

I loved the place, the people who served us were always very friendly, the food was delicious and they served us quickly. They have a cozy and pleasant atmosphere 💯 Super recommended.

Thanks to Selena who is half Hispanic and half gringo...I am publishing it like this because I don't know if there is another Selena working at Applebee's on Highway 30 Lancaster Pennsylvania...everything was perfect and the cooks shined with the seasoning they gave to the menu. what I asked for today

Great service and food

We went to this restaurant Applebee's and ordered to go and waited for an hour for our food, the service was rude when we asked about our food, when we got home and opened the food we had missing an order of fries because we order two. we spent $70 and all the food tasted bad and it was cold the fries were hard and the mashed potatoes was too salty

Food was terrible. Our server barely spoke English and messed up our drinks and appetizer. It was happy hour and our drinks were not charged properly. By the time we got our bill we were so disgusted and disappointed we paid and left. Will NOT be going back and I’m not even sure I’d give another Applebees in a different location a try. It use to be my favorite restaurant. They went down hill bad!!!

I had an overall good experience, but what truly made it exceptional was the staff. In particular, the manager (I believe her name was Mili) went above and beyond to ensure my family felt welcomed and cared for. Her kindness and attention to detail made our experience truly unique and memorable. We are so grateful for their efforts!
