The brisket sandwich was inedible couldn’t chew the meat very tough I got 3 bites that I had to work for just to try to eat it the rest went on the parking lot. I was to tired on my way home from work or I would of went in and shared my thoughts. Next time I went in hoping it was just a bad sandwich I asked the manager did you ever eat one he said no I told him my experience and he said the brisket is a thicker cut and can be tuff. My response then why make it a sandwich

Worst experience at an Arby’s! $35 for some horribly thrown together food. Cold crinkle fries, soda was watered down they clearly need to change out the syrup bag. Roast beef in my gyro wasn’t hot either. At this point I'm throwing it out! the lady at the drive thru was so unpleasant I’d rather take the L on this one then to deal with someone who clearly doesn't like their job.

Walked in around 8pm on 5/12/25 stood up front to be waited on for someone to take my order, team membe4 comes from the bathroom look at me and walk away person from the drive through seen me standing up there no acknowledgement walk to the back 4 minutes went by still no order to be taken. I just left to this point.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. ARBY'S ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES NOW HAVE HALF OR LESS OF MEAT IN THEM NOW. THE REGULAR IS MOSTLY BREAD, THE DOUBLE IS NOW THE SIZE OF THE REGULAR AND THE MOUNTAIN LARGE ROAST BEEF IS NOW THE SIZE OF A DOUBLE.. Bring back homestyle fries not crinkles, I'm talking the ones you had in the '90's and early 2000's and quit charging so much for little side of cheddar melt cheese and put more in it pathetic
