Had just learned they fired the manager that turned this place from being dead , sticky floors , burned out tv’s, to a clean profitable environment. Corporate putting him as the health inspection fall guy, when corporate lacked giving assistant manager for approximately 1 year. If new manager is miserable bearded guy with bad attitude to customers (first hand witnessed) this place will begin to slip back to what it was. Maybe corporate should worry about fixing the pot hole, painting walls , cleaning dust off air vents, fix the bubbling up floor , do something about the stools that can make a customer go deaf, sewer smell at front door and inside host area.

Edit: still smells 12/22/25

1/2/2025 very sub par service and didn’t have like 4 beers on tap last week that are staples. Probably the last try I give this place

The food was pretty good. Our service was weird... Our waitress was MIA much of the time. Seemed like she was on something. We were there for a late dinner, about 7:30pm and it was really empty, but they put our party of 2 families off to the side in high tops and we were having to ask other employees for refills, napkins, and the bill.

Don't put new servers on very large parties. 20 minute wait for drinks and 40 minute wait for food...
Unacceptable

We loved watching the games on the TVs. That’s the only good thing I can say. We waited for 30 minutes before our waiter came by to even take our drink order. Another 20 minutes before our drinks came out (water and iced tea). Extremely slow service. Not even sure where our server went. Wouldn’t recommend.

When we are close to an Arooga's we always make a trip there. Beer is cold, food is great. Get some wings. You can't go wrong.

So I've been coming to this place for many years, always been taken care of in the past. The last 3 times I've come here it has been slowly going downhill. Chicken tenders sizes get smaller and smaller. This time when it was time to get the check I was charged and extra $1 for a side of ranch to go. I was given 1 side of sauce while here and it was not even enough to get through two tenders and fries. To me, when you buy in bulk, then charge a dollar for 4oz of a side to finish your food, that's absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if I was a glutten with the sauce, but a to go side to be charged, just to enjoy my last two tenders is absolutely insane. Manager stated he would fix it this time, but I declined. It the principal of the money and the absolute ridiculousness of being greedy enough to charge a dollar for this. Sadly, this will be my last time here....
