The food was pretty good. Our service was weird... Our waitress was MIA much of the time. Seemed like she was on something. We were there for a late dinner, about 7:30pm and it was really empty, but they put our party of 2 families off to the side in high tops and we were having to ask other employees for refills, napkins, and the bill.

We loved watching the games on the TVs. That’s the only good thing I can say. We waited for 30 minutes before our waiter came by to even take our drink order. Another 20 minutes before our drinks came out (water and iced tea). Extremely slow service. Not even sure where our server went. Wouldn’t recommend.

So I've been coming to this place for many years, always been taken care of in the past. The last 3 times I've come here it has been slowly going downhill. Chicken tenders sizes get smaller and smaller. This time when it was time to get the check I was charged and extra $1 for a side of ranch to go. I was given 1 side of sauce while here and it was not even enough to get through two tenders and fries. To me, when you buy in bulk, then charge a dollar for 4oz of a side to finish your food, that's absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if I was a glutten with the sauce, but a to go side to be charged, just to enjoy my last two tenders is absolutely insane. Manager stated he would fix it this time, but I declined. It the principal of the money and the absolute ridiculousness of being greedy enough to charge a dollar for this. Sadly, this will be my last time here....

Every single time I have come here my order has been wrong. Either my burger is cooked wrong or the item delivered to my table is completely wrong. This time is no exception. We had food offered to us twice before we even ordered! Our table was crummy and dirty when we sat down and had to move tables. I’m so upset right now!! Both my order, and friends was wrong! They made our order wrong not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!!!! Both burgers, all three times! My burger was ordered as rare as possible, only because I knew they would cook it longer than they should, and it would be more well done than I ordered. Once again I received a medium burger not rare like I ordered. But thankfully I actually wanted medium... Our drink was auctioned off to other tables before it got to us! Damn it!!!! Is it that difficult to get an order right?!???? Just once??!?? Come on already!!! Get your acts together! We finally had a manager come out to our table, she comped our meal. My advise to you, order your burgers rarer than you actually like... sadly. And check your order as soon as it gets to your table. Aroogas food is good! But the staff is incompetent!!! 😒 this place is definitely going under… very pleasant bartender.

I never came here, and the one time I came here with my wife and kid, my waitress made a racial reference in reference to my skin color and the choice of beer I was selecting. It's completely unprofessional, and we will not be coming back here ever again. The place was nice, and the food was great, but the racial remarks to me in front of my family and kid were very demeaning

I personally loved "The Big Pretzel", it was buttery, salty, and slightly sweet, but in a good way! However, I must add that the beer cheese was not particularly the best. It was alright when it was warm, but it quickly cooled and solidified and became a glue-like consistency. I could, quite literally, hold it upside down like a dairy queen blizzard, and it wouldn't fall. Overall, it's a great pretzel! The cheese just needs a bit of tweaking.
