This is horrible. I'm never gonna go buy anything up there again. I'll buy two pretzels and they're burn. And the kids they working there, they're not how to take care of the customers.

Waited more then 8 minutes no food or drink everyone else around me got they order . The employees were not communicating well at all no one knew pepperoni nuggets were out and there would be a wait instead they expected me to stand there like nothing and when I wanted a resolution they were very poor attitude about it and I requested a refund they gave me a issue then only refunded my pepperoni nuggets I had to tell them again I want my drink refunded to because they never gave it to me

Great cinnamon sugar pretzels

Waited 23 minutes for 2 drinks, an order of pretzel dogs, and cinnamon pretzels. The pretzel dogs dough wasn’t fully cooked - completely raw on the inside. 5 people working and all standing around.

I ordered a bucket regular pretzels on line
When I opened the bucket there was doughy logs of different sizes, no salt . I would not recommend going there. What a waste of $$$$$ people today don't care

Pretzels are always good here, the team attitude is horrendous.

Love to stop for a soft pretzel and lemonade when we visit the mall. Staff is usually friendly and efficient even when they are busy or short staffed and overworked

Might as well close at 6 instead of 7. Was greeted with a “if you order something I don’t have I won’t refund you and I’m not making it!” (This was at 6:20!!)And then walked away from us. Great service and customer service skills, NOT , learn how to talk to customers

Horrible service. They move so slow. Ordered hot dog minis and waited for like 20 minutes before they even started making them. Terrible service.

Don't order at the self-checkout. They skipped over our order and we waited around for nearly 15 minutes before someone asked why we were standing there and when we told them we were waiting for our order they said "no one told them." Was told it would take 8 minutes and have already been standing here for practically another 20. If you want to be paid attention to, try ordering with a worker. The self-checkout means they just won't pay attention to you. Staff is not personable, friendly, or equipped for this work environment.

I feel so bad for the young man that was doing all the work. His two other female coworkers were yelling about drama loud enough for guests to hear. Not to forget that the pretzels were full of hairs that had been baked into the dough and everything was burnt. Ive never had that kind of experience here before.

Moved away and couldn’t get Auntie Anne’s for a few years. I really missed them. Nice selection

No one helped us we got cinnamon sugar pretzels and they had no cinnamon everyone was rude and no one helped.
