Had a 6:30 reservation; got there about 15 minutes early and there was a huge line by the door. Apparently they were trying to accommodate a large party so we ended up getting sat after 6:30. The drinks were good, so was the bread and pesto (?) dip. I got salmon, risotto, and asparagus. Salmon was delicious, the risotto had some sort of very spicy green sauce on it that I removed, and most of the asparagus were undercooked. I got a cookie for dessert which was okay. We attended the Prisoner of Love wine dinner. The food was excellent and the wine choices were exceptional. I really enjoyed the Prisoner Blend; the wine was complex with jammy undertones, which brought out the scallops. The Unshackled cab sav was spot on for the soft cream and strawberry sauce. The balsamic vinegar drizzled in the sauce gave it a deeper sweetness. We had a lovely experience and are looking forward to the next wine dinner, and the martini. Kudos Bonefish Grill.
