Some people can not be pleased at all but I go with my own experience and I recommend this location to anyone. I also took notice that the owner replies back to comments, plus gives some rewards to customers and that adds class to this location.

Honestly the pretzels were great! It’s no wonder why the line is long many times. On the other hand though the service isn’t really professional but at least they are nice.
Arrived about 11am. Ordered 1 doz reg soft pretzels, was told they are not ready, had to wait for about 15 min for the pretzels.

Every time I visit Lancaster, I stop at Bavarian Pretzel for their pretzel nuggets/bites, but the customer service yesterday was awful. There were 2 young girls working behind the counter. It was 4:25pm and they close at 6pm. To go along with her rude hand gestures, the girl with blonde hair refused my order stating, "we're done baking for the night and we're cleaning up now." There was hardly anything in the case for display/sale, and what they did have looked old. I asked what time they closed; she confirmed, "6pm." Wow they're open for over another hour and a half and they won't make a single order of pretzel nuggets?! All of their ovens appeared to be shut down, but I can't confirm that. I feel bad that poor customer service like this is giving this company a bad name, while soaking up the wages for not doing their job. I was forced to take my business to Auntie Anne's, where my service was friendly, fast, and fresh. I've advertised for this company a lot by word of mouth, but after tonight, I'm not sure that I'll be back.

Best pretzels I have ever tasted! The sweet cream cheese pretzels are amazing. The staff was very friendly but didn't have complete knowledge of the product. Overall, enjoyable experience!
