They need a better manager for their credit card. They don’t waive late fees for people who were incapacitated with covid. They are greedy and inflexible.

Live been the Reading and Lancaster stores. Had my husband stop in for a few items in Lancaster. A bag of salad was 30% more expensive then the Reading store. JUST WOW! Not shopping here if I have to price check every item before purchasing.

I haven’t been to bj’s since March I was pretty appalled at the lax in safety measures. The carts were nit being sanitized ... there was no means a sanitizing the cart. There was a sink to wash hands but that’s it. ... the sanitizing shields were not in use nor were the registers being sanitized. On my way out I searched for a sanitizing station but nothing . It was business as usual here so I will choose not to return for a while.

Don’t purchase fuel at this BJ’s. I purchased regular unleaded gas here on 1/17/20 and had to have my car towed after driving it only a few miles because it would not start. The dealership said it was full of contaminated gas. I gave documentation of this from the dealership, to BJ’s, and their insurance company is refusing to compensate me for the cost to drain and replace the contaminated fuel. Save yourself a tow and repair bill and fill your tank elsewhere.

I don’t normally do this but I have to. The deli department here is HORRIBLE, worst customer service that I have ever seen. I have an issue every single time that I come in and only complained to management twice. In maybe the 6-7 years that I’ve been coming here. It doesn’t matter if there is one customer in line or ten. You always wait forever, they don’t acknowledge you at all when you walk up, they are always doing something more important then to stop and actually help y

It is a great place to get items we use at an economical price. We have a list of things we buy at BJ'S, when these items get low, then we plan another BJ'S run. It is usually about every 2 months. It's easy to shop and easy to check out and get loaded into the vehicle.
