Nora was very nice and attentive to my table definitely felt welcomed

I had a frustrating experience during a recent visit. The server we had was not very attentive and ended up overcharging us, which made the whole visit disappointing. The service just wasn’t up to par.

However, I came back a week later and spoke with Timothy Relph, a temporary manager, and he handled everything incredibly well. He was kind, professional, and made sure the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the way he took care of things — thank you, Timothy, for turning the situation around and showing great customer service.

My boyfriend and I went here and had their Jalapeño Burger and Bacon Burger! Our favorite were the cookie Pizookies ! Our waitress was so kind, she was patient with us and answered all of our questions!

First time here for our daughter's birthday meal. There were 10 of us and our server did a great job. Very attentive. Apps, meals and desserts were all very good!!!

Norberto C is an excellent server. Love his personality. He is a true gentleman who takes time and goes above and beyond!

I had hair in my food they just took it back and did not do anything about it… I used to go all the time now not anymore because of this incident… on top of that the food was salty and mushy and cold

Have never been to this restaurant and from the moment we walked in everything was a positive experience. The hostesses were very welcoming and the place was very clean. Everything that we ordered was hot and delicious. Our waitress Nora was the best waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. Two thumbs up to BJs will be back here again!

Sarah, K. had done a phenomenal job and really made the experience that much better for me and my siblings. I enjoyed my experience.

Our server Norberto was excellent, knew the menu well and was very fast with service and helpful.

Ordered curbside service. Tipped when I paid online ahead of time. After waiting 10 minutes after checking in online thru their website site, I had to go find my food. Nobody working the takeout area. Two employees walked by me and couldn’t be bothered to help. I find my lukewarm food sitting on a to go shelf eventually.

Not sure who I tipped. I guess the owner is that desperate for money. The food is hit or miss. Some nights it’s great, others like this recent visit, it’s a greasy mess.

Always have an excellent experience here. Norberto is a fantastic waiter, extremely attentive and very professional. The food here is top notch, and their dessert pizookie's are second to none.
