Today, Saturday January 31st, I visited BJ’s and unfortunately had my first bad experience. I don’t know if there’s a new chef or if something went wrong in the kitchen, but the food was terrible. It was burnt, had a bad taste, and the presentation was sad and careless. This is not what I expect from this place, especially after having good experiences in the past.

Service was fine, soda machine was broken but things happen. However the food was cold, which was impressive given that it was served pretty quickly. We hadn't eaten at a BJs in a long time, and wanted to give it a try, but this didn't work out. See you in 2036.

The restaurant was not busy but the service was painfully slow especially for a table of 10. The restaurant is in need of a good cleaning and upgrade. Foul smell. Ripped chairs.

excellent food and server. the pazzzokie is great! would recommend the prime rib. the weekend meal deal is big enough to share for 2 people

We were seated right on time. Ordered an appetizer then our meals. Our meals came before our appetizer and then they brought us the appetizer. It was cold, so it had been sitting for awhile. They did not charge us for the appetizer, so that was nice. My husband had the chicken parmesaun and said was ok. I had the prime rib dinner. The food was not really warm and I asked for medium rare prime rib. It came out very rare and very very fatty. Had a few bites but couldn't eat it. After leaving I had horrible horrible stomach cramps and was laid up the rest of the evening. It might be awhile before trying BJ's again. Definitely will not order the prime rib meal.

Nora was our server and she was AMAZING. Actually the best server I’ve ever had in my life. She was perfect and so sweet to our toddler and she went above and beyond with everything. We needed an ice pack, she diy made us one. we needed to calm our crazy toddler down, she gave him a snack and danced with him. We needed extra cheese, without asking she said she was going to grab it for us. I ordered a Diet Pepsi, but really wanted a diet Dr.Pepper (which places don’t usually have so I didn’t bother asking) but she read my mind and said “we also have diet Dr.Pepper”. We were never waiting on anything. she was on top of it! She was so personable, if you dine here I recommend you request her!! All the other staff we came in contact with was also super sweet the food was pretty good but overall Nora made our dinner 10/10 if you see this we love you girl 🤪❤️

Refused to seat us before time of reservation even though restaurant had plenty of open tables. Had a couple of families waiting in front of restaurant for no reason

Service excellent, food good, noise level way too loud. Actually it was the music level which was "over the top". We requested it be turned down, but the person we talked to said it could only be reduced one level.

If you can eat here, make sure Nick is your server. He takes good care of his customers. Also, the broccoli and cheese soup is the best I've ever had. ✌️

I had a frustrating experience during a recent visit. The server we had was not very attentive and ended up overcharging us, which made the whole visit disappointing. The service just wasn’t up to par.

However, I came back a week later and spoke with Timothy Relph, a temporary manager, and he handled everything incredibly well. He was kind, professional, and made sure the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the way he took care of things — thank you, Timothy, for turning the situation around and showing great customer service.
