BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Nora was our server and she was AMAZING. Actually the best server I’ve ever had in my life. She was perfect and so sweet to our toddler and she went above and beyond with everything. We needed an ice pack, she diy made us one. we needed to calm our crazy toddler down, she gave him a snack and danced with him. We needed extra cheese, without asking she said she was going to grab it for us. I ordered a Diet Pepsi, but really wanted a diet Dr.Pepper (which places don’t usually have so I didn’t bother asking) but she read my mind and said “we also have diet Dr.Pepper”. We were never waiting on anything. she was on top of it! She was so personable, if you dine here I recommend you request her!! All the other staff we came in contact with was also super sweet the food was pretty good but overall Nora made our dinner 10/10 if you see this we love you girl 🤪❤️

Refused to seat us before time of reservation even though restaurant had plenty of open tables. Had a couple of families waiting in front of restaurant for no reason

Service excellent, food good, noise level way too loud. Actually it was the music level which was "over the top". We requested it be turned down, but the person we talked to said it could only be reduced one level.

Nora was very nice and attentive to my table definitely felt welcomed

If you can eat here, make sure Nick is your server. He takes good care of his customers. Also, the broccoli and cheese soup is the best I've ever had. ✌️

I had a frustrating experience during a recent visit. The server we had was not very attentive and ended up overcharging us, which made the whole visit disappointing. The service just wasn’t up to par.

However, I came back a week later and spoke with Timothy Relph, a temporary manager, and he handled everything incredibly well. He was kind, professional, and made sure the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the way he took care of things — thank you, Timothy, for turning the situation around and showing great customer service.

My boyfriend and I went here and had their Jalapeño Burger and Bacon Burger! Our favorite were the cookie Pizookies ! Our waitress was so kind, she was patient with us and answered all of our questions!

First time here for our daughter's birthday meal. There were 10 of us and our server did a great job. Very attentive. Apps, meals and desserts were all very good!!!

Norberto C is an excellent server. Love his personality. He is a true gentleman who takes time and goes above and beyond!

I had hair in my food they just took it back and did not do anything about it… I used to go all the time now not anymore because of this incident… on top of that the food was salty and mushy and cold

Have never been to this restaurant and from the moment we walked in everything was a positive experience. The hostesses were very welcoming and the place was very clean. Everything that we ordered was hot and delicious. Our waitress Nora was the best waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. Two thumbs up to BJs will be back here again!

Sarah, K. had done a phenomenal job and really made the experience that much better for me and my siblings. I enjoyed my experience.

The service was good. Portions are good. A great place for large families and comfort foods.
