Just wonderful. Very nice and friendly waitress and manager. Food came out hot and delicious. Biscuits were buttery, flaky, and crisp. The chicken was so crispy and juicy. The pancakes, fluffy, and chocolatey. The potato skillet appetizer was also very good. Overall great experience.

I think the grill was just put on too high to start the morning. Our food was burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. Server apologized and offered to have it re-cooked but we didn't have the time. So we paid full price and went on our way.

We normally stop here when we come to Lancaster and have no issues.This time we were sat and 20 minutes later still had no service. No one came over and said hi. No drinks. No nothing.My 1 year old is starving and we ended up getting up and walking out. The kid who sat us started walking to the register, and I told him there's no check because we were never served.He said wait no one came to serve you.No. They didn't. And we walked out.This is the first time I've had an issue with this location, but the second time I've had an issue with Bob Evans. Last time was hershey. Same issue. No service after being seated.

Bob Evans used to be a staple for my family. Sadly, the meal was underwhelming and overpriced for the quality. The coleslaw was too sweet, but at the same time too tangy. Almost like it was on the verge of going bad. Their baked potato soup was practically cheese sauce and potato chunks. This is wildly different than it used to be. The best parts of the meal were the breads (biscuits and rolls) and the fried fish my mom ordered. I'd love to say I'll be back, but for almost $60 dollars there are so many other places to eat around Lancaster. I could tell the workers in there cared about their jobs and customers, but it was just not great quality.

Bacon, home fries undercooked. Scrambles Eggs overcooked and toast barely toasted. This was a delivery, but the destination is less than 5 minutes away so the food left the restaurant as I stated. Do better Bob Evans. Thank god for the toaster oven or else it would have went in the trash.

Really disappointed had the fire side chicken salad served with a 4 inch long hair on side of plate that I pulled out and said ooh ? there is a hair in my salad before she walked away and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted another one I think she took it back they reheated the chicken and brought it back out and she wasn't very friendly looked like she was high on drugs

It was the first time I ever went and it was great! Very friendly family oriented , food was delicious! I ordered the mash potato with fried chicken breast and biscuit, I enjoyed every bite. I bought the chocolate cookie for desert and it was so delicious. I will go there
